We make addon balconies tailored to the client's needs and the type of building. Each structure is independent, based on its own foundations, thanks to which it is not exposed to cracking of the panels (in the case of older buildings) and allows to avoid a thermal bridge. It can also be attached to the building facade. This solution is used in prewar buildings without balconies, in old prefabricated buildings, where the balconies were too small for the needs of their inhabitants, and in modern energyefficient buildings, where such a solution minimizes heat loss. All balconies are made of steel, hotdip galvanized and powder coated in a color selected from the RAL palette. The zinc coating and varnish protects the structure against weather conditions and corrosion and protects it for several dozen years. The balcony floor can be openwork or solid.
