One of the projects for our client from the biopharmaceutical industry is a construction designed for processing, storing and transporting a large amount of biopharmaceutical solutions. A typical application of the construction is to process samples for their combination or sterile storage of waste. We carry out projects of various sizes. Manufactured constructions range from 50 up to 1,000 liters.

We have been specializing in welding of construction for marine and other products used in the maritime sector for years. Structures manufactured for the maritime sector are of high quality and in accordance with the international standards. We have produced machines called scrubbers – fume scrubbers used in maritime industry and many other products customized according to our customers’ projects. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for marine in accordance with the international standards: ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3, Offshore Standard DNV-OS-C401 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004.

Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit in der Base Group ist das Schweißen von unlegierter und hochfester Stahl, Edelstahl, Konstruktionsstahl und Schweißen von Aluminium bei der Herstellung von Stahlkonstruktionen für den Energiesektor. Die in der Base Group Sp. z o.o. abgewickelten Produktionsprozesse erfüllen solche Qualitätsstandards wie: EN ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2 Klasse CL1, EN 1090-2 Stufe EXC3, EN 1090-3 Stufe EXC3, Offshore Standard DNV-OS-C401, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004.
