Intonet M25 Plaster, premixed, fibre-reinforced, based on hydraulic binders with a low content of soluble salts, for reinforced plastering, bedding of bricks, plastering, repair and covering of internal and external walls and masonry, repair of concrete elements. Intonet M25 is a fibre-reinforced premix with READYMESH PM technology, made up of hydraulic binders, siliceous aggregates, special additives and microsilicas with high pozzolanic activity. These microsilicas, with very fine particle size, increase the mechanical performance of the plaster and have very positive effects on its durability, preventing the development of unwanted reactions between the hydraulic binders and the saline compounds which are usually present in the masonry (sulphates), or come from particularly aggressive exposure environments (chlorides, nitrates). The particular balance between breathability, absorption, mechanical performance, durability, resistance to chemical attacks makes the use of INTONET M25 particularly recommended for restoration and reinforcement operations of brick, stone or mixed walls. Intosana does not contain resins, solvents or radio-emissive aggregates. For thicknesses exceeding 20 mm it is advisable to improve the anti-cracking ability by inserting a suitable fiberglass plaster-holder mesh from the ARMAGLASS line. Mechanical parameters after immersion for 180 days in water saturated with: a) calcium sulphate, b) magnesium sulphate, c) sodium chloride = variations ± 3%. In walls to be plastered with the CRM technique it is always advisable to carry out a deep skiving of the joints, which will constitute the support base for a tenacious adhesion of the plaster to the masonry. Concrete surfaces must always be properly treated until a degree of roughening > 5 mm is obtained and freed from dust by pressure washing. Pour approximately 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer and gradually add INTONET M25 and the remaining water necessary, continuing mixing until a homogeneous mixture, free of lumps, of the desired consistency is obtained. The approximately necessary mixing water is equal to 15-16% by weight (3.75-4 liters per 25 kg bag). The application can be carried out using manual methods (trowel, trowel) or mechanical spray methods. Protect fresh surfaces from direct sunlight, rain and wind, ensure prolonged humid maturing. It is advisable to apply the plaster after applying an adequate adhesion render. Fluid Hydro Fluid Hydro is a special aqueous emulsion additivated with white water-repellent products consisting of active components with an alkyl-silane base. The main characteristic is the property of reducing water permeability in concretes, plasters and mortars both due to the capillarity and lashings of water. Fluid Hydro exerts a water-repellent action as the water-repellent particles disperse evenly during the mixing phase of the conglomerate. The action of Fluid Hydro is not affected over time given that the individual particles are insoluble in water and durable in aggressive environments (alkaline, sulphatic water, chlorinated water). Fluid Hydro is recommended in the production of concrete and mortar to reduce water permeability. In plasters or mortars, it is mainly used for outdoor purposes as it greatly reduces the phenomenon of efflorescence and the biological proliferation of mould and moss. Fluid Hydro is suitable for all types of concretes, plasters and mortars, used individually or in combination with other Azichem products, to be added separately. Dispersing the product in the water of the mixture before going into the mixer is recommended. Fluid Hydro is dosed at about 0.5% of the weight of the binder. In any case, it is advisable to create test mixtures to establish the ideal Fluid Hydro dosage. Fluid Hydro should be stored at temperatures above 5° C and mixed before use. Given the water-repellent characteristics conferred to the mass of the mixture, it is not recommended to use for prestressed works. From 0.1 to 1.0 kilogram of Fluid Hydro every 100 kilograms of hydraulic binder present in the mixture (cement and/or hydraulic lime); an average of 350–500 grams to achieve good water repellency. Dilute 1:10 with water for use as a surface treatment of porous supports. The dosage varies according to the porosity of the substrate. Carry out a thorough cleaning of the hole and grout the connector with chemical anchor (Syntech Profix or Syntech Fix EP). Proceed with spraying or throwing the mortar, in one or more hands. The mortar will entirely cover the GFRP elements with a total thickness according to the design documents. In order to guarantee the structural continuity of the reinforcement system in correspondence with all corner areas (openings, etc.), apply Armaglass Corner 66 GFRP corner piece. In case of intervention on both faces, two connectors will be inserted, one long and one short (the relative lengths must be chosen according to the thickness of the masonry). Make the 12 mm through hole. At the face where the short connector will be inserted and where the two connectors will overlap, enlarge the hole until reaching a total diameter of the hole equal to approximately 22-24 mm. The overlap between the connectors must be at least 11 cm long. After drilling the holes, carefully clean them with compressed air and inject chemical anchor based on Syntech Fix EP epoxy resin. Before inserting the connectors into the holes, always position GFRP Armaglass Grid 66 distribution gussets which will be blocked against the mesh during the grouting phase of the connectors. Proceed with spraying or throwing the mortar, in one or more hands. The mortar will entirely cover the GFRP elements with a total thickness according to the design documents. During the mortar curing phase, protect it from thermal stress and conditions of strong evaporation. It is always advisable to cure the mortar in a humid environment for at least 48-72 hours. Ideal for the deformable sealing of expansion joints on terraces and balconies, for filling joints on prefabricated walls and on wooden, steel, aluminium, copper and plastic materials along with plasters and so on. - Free from solvents, PVC, halogenated compounds, odourless. - Permanently elastic, high resistance to raging and to the atmosphere. - Free of shrinkage and dimensionally stable. - High thixotropy: it does not drip and does not create burrs. Easy workability. - It is not sticky and does not accumulate dust and dirt. - Over-paintable after polymerisation has been completed. The high versatility and excellent adhesion to different media make Protech Flex the most suitable adhesive sealant for flooring and roofing joints made of concrete, wood products, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, anodised aluminium, galvanized steel sheets, copper, plastics, etc. The application supports must be perfectly clean and dry, free from dust and soiling. Preliminarily treating the side walls of the joint with the appropriate primer single-component polyurethane Protech Flex Primer. Before the total hardening of the sealant, spread it to the brim with spatula on the surface of the joint. After hardening, remove the adhesive tape. Clean any product overflows from the seat of the joint with suitable solvents (like acetone or Nitro thinner). Indicative consumption with a 300 cc Protech Flex cartridge: 5x2,5 mm joint = 20 linear metres; 10x5 mm joint = 6 linear metres; 15x7,5 mm joint = 2,5 linear metres; 20x10 mm joint = 1.5 linear metres. Protects lime-based plasters, cement mortars, concrete, natural stones, bricks, wood and so on from the weather, frost and thaw cycles, and aggressive atmospheric conditions. It does not alter the colour of the support nor impact the original appearance or breathability. Product characterized by a very high pearling effect (lotus flower effect) and excellent durability. Consilex Nanosil T-1000 belongs to the new generation of water-soluble fluorinated silica compounds, characterised by zero emissions of VOCs and the absence of flammability and toxicity. The active substance penetrates the porosity and micro-lesions, adhering to the support and counteracting the penetration and advancement of liquids without blocking the breathability of the support. The special chemical structure of Consilex Nanosil T-1000 ensures its high stability to alkali and thus its durability over time on various types of supports, such as: lime-based plasters, cement mortars, concrete, brick, natural stone and wood. The product differs from other treatments on the market due to having the following characteristics: - non-flammable - non-film - zero VOC - stable in water - free from emulsifiers - environmentally-friendly The treatment of absorbent materials carried out with Consilex Nanosil T-1000 is characterised by: - durability over time - total transparency - no variations to the surface colour - excellent water vapour breathability - elevated pearl effect - resistance to acids and alkalis - resistance to UV rays - an absence of reactive by-products that are harmful to people and the environment. An impregnating treatment that is water-oil repellent, non-film, totally transparent and colourless, for above-ground masonry in brick, marble, slate, limestone, natural stone and tuff, cement or brick flooring, lime- or cement-based plasters and mortars, etcetera. It is recommended that surfaces be treated prior to remove soluble salts and dirt, along with parts with poor surface adhesion. Cracks greater than 0.3 mm must always been filled. Apply to dry surfaces. In the event of rain or surface washing, wait 3 days at a temperature of at least 20° C prior to treatment. Apply the product homogeneously and evenly, by spraying at low pressure or brushing, taking care to achieve the best saturation of the substrate. Consilex Nanosil T-1000 comes ready-to-use. The quantity of product required depends on the porosity and absorption of the substrate to be treated, generally ranging from 100 to 200 grams/square metre. If very porous surfaces are to be treated, diluting the product with demineralised water at a ratio of 1:1 is advisable. Consilex Nanosil T-1000 is completely transparent and colourless, yet a preliminary test on the specific support is always recommend to verify any possible—albeit rare—presence of imperfections. From 0.10 to 0.20 kg of Consilex Nanosil T-1000 per square metre of surface to be treated, depending on the porosity of the base. Packaging: 5 kg canister Unit of Measure: €/kg

The surfaces of application will be adequately prepared: dry, free from fouling, powder, crumbling parts, incoherent, pre-existing synthetic paints etc. NEW SUPPORTS: Apply a coat of Protech Fix AC water-based acrylic fixative. OLD SUPPORTS: Remove old paint by vigorous brushing; fill in any holes or imperfections in the wall with a special Fibrostuck filler; proceed with the application of the water-based acrylic primer Protech Fix AC. Mix the product vigorously, apply a coating layer with a stainless steel trowel of a thickness equal to that of the granules it contains. Pass again with a cutting spatula to remove any excess material. After light drying, pass over with a plastic trowel with rotary movements to compact, even out and achieve the full plaster effect. On large surfaces, it is recommended to apply the product of the same lot and proceed always wet on wet to avoid signs of resumption. Indicative consumption depending on the different particle sizes of Protech AC-I available: 1 mm GRAIN: 1.6 -2.0 kg/m²; 1.2/1.5 mm GRAIN: 2.1 -2.5 kg/m²; 2 mm GRAIN: 2.5 -3.2 kg/m²; 2.2 mm GRAIN: 3.0 -3.6 kg/m². Protech Balcony WV A solution based on special silane and siloxane resins in aqueous dispersion, being highly penetrating and transparent (colourless) for quickly, effectively and economically waterproof balconies, tiled terraces, concrete roofing, external stairs, and so on, without removing or impacting upon on the existing flooring. It does not change the appearance of the substrate on which it is applied nor alter its original degree of lubricity or breathability to water vapour. Application is swift, without requiring specialised labour or professional equipment. The treated flooring will be usable only 2 hours after application. Applying Protech Balcony WV is quick and easy – simply use a brush on clean and dry surfaces to resolve any seepage problems. The active substance penetrates quickly and deeply into the grouting, any cracks and porous points of the substrate. Upon contact with air, it causes a polymerisation reaction that perfectly and deeply seals and waterproofs every imperfection it encounters. The specific reactive polymerised siloxane molecule is stable over time and does not labilise. In accordance with the data sheet, the effectiveness of the product applied is normally more than 10 years on surfaces not subject to dynamic movements or structural and/or seismic damage. Should any new gaps or cracks appear after the first application of Protech Balcony WV, they can be easily resolved with a second application of the product. Given its intrinsically non-film nature, the product does not suffer damage, tear, crack, detach, deteriorate nor will it yellow over time due to the effects of UV rays (as naturally happens with epoxy and/or polyurethane treatments). The grouting treated with Protech Balcony WV is protected from mould, moss, lichen and other biodeterioration organisms. Rapid waterproofing of balconies, terraces, stairs, tiled surfaces, concrete and natural stone products, without having to demolish the existing flooring. It can also be used on vertical surfaces particularly exposed to weather and atmospheric conditions (tiles, plaster, exposed brick, etc.). The surfaces on which it is applied must be clean, free of stains, loose and crumbly parts, dust, and so on. If there are any joints between the tiles, they must be properly treated with a suitable acidic or alkaline detergent. To this end, we recommend the specific acid detergent Deterg-A, diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4. Rinse off the treated surfaces with running water. Any fragile and crumbly joints that have been removed, must be restored with cementitious putty offering high adhesion and deformability. To this end, we recommend using the specific waterproof and deformable two-component putty Stucco Balcony. Allow for the necessary time to pass (1–2 days) to allow the grouting to dry before applying Protech Balcony WV. The expansion joints that may be present, including those relative to the line connecting the tiled paving and the outer edge beam (normally made of granite or natural stone), will normally have to be sealed with high-elasticity polymeric materials. To this end, we recommend sealing with Protech Flex, supported by the installation of Filtene Fondogiunto and the particular polyurethane Protech Flex Primer. Pour small amounts of the product at a time then spread evenly across the entire surface with a rubberised brush or rubber blade until the substrate is complete impregnated with the waterproofing. Using a long bristle brush or sponge, apply Protech Balcony WV with particular care in the less accessible and most challenging areas (edges, skirting boards, corners, thresholds, hatches, fireplaces, drains, etc.). Allow the product to penetrate for at least 60 minutes. Remove excess product from all treated surfaces using a cloth wet with water. The average product consumption is around 0.15 kilograms/square metre of surface to be waterproofed, varying depending on the absorption of the substrate and the size of any joints. Normally, 1 kilogram of Protech Balcony WV is enough to treat surfaces from 5 to 10 square metres. Armaglass Structura 330 330 g/m2 structural reinforcement mesh with 50 x 50 mm square mesh, in alkali-resistant fibreglass, containing >16% zirconium dioxide, constructed with a leno weave and primed with thermosetting polymer. It is straightforward and quick to apply, simple to handle and easy to cut. It combines lightness and thinness with excellent mechanical properties in terms of warp and weft. Resistant to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments, conferring durability to the composite systems in which it is used. Suitable for any substrate and perfectly compatible with both cement- and lime-based mortars. Armaglass Structura 330 is a mesh for the structural reinforcement and consolidation of masonry and vaulted structures. It is ideal for reinforcing plasters with anti-overturning function, for the reinforcement and distribution of shrinkage stresses on walkable or drainage screeds and concrete flooring. Application on masonry and vaults: In the event that connectors are being used, proceed with creating holes of a suitable diameter, in accordance with the chosen connection system and arranged in line with the design instructions and with the selected connection system (Armaglass Connector, Armaglass Connector SINGLE, Armaglass Connector Twin). Secure the connectors with resin anchors (Syntech Profix) or hydraulic binder-based slurry (Grout Cable, Sanafluens). Apply an initial layer of mortar (see the technical data sheet of the selected product), positioning the Armaglass Structura 330 mesh on the still-fresh mortar, taking care to ensure an overlap of at least 10 centimetres, before applying the second layer of mortar. Whilst the mortar is still fresh, lay the mesh sheeting, proceeding from top to bottom, and immersing with the help of a putty knife, being sure to overlap each segment by at least 10 centimetres and impeding the formation of bubbles and bends. Application on screeds: Apply an initial layer of screed (see the technical data sheet of the selected product), laying the Armaglass Structura 330 mesh on the first layer of still-fresh screed, taking care to ensure an overlap of at least 10 centimetres, then applying the second layer of screed. 1.1 m/m²: The sheets adjacent to the fibreglass mesh are to be overlapped along the edges by at least 10 centimetres. Readymesh PM Readymesh PM is an auxiliary, multi-filament polypropylene micro-fibre suitable for addition to cement conglomerates with a lime or mixed base. The addition of Readymesh PM to the mix counters the cracking phenomenon due to plastic shrinkage of the plaster, mortar, screed or concrete, as well as having positive effects on the durability of the mix, resistance to frost/defrosting and resistance to knocks and overall impermeability. Readymesh PM have the CE marking and are available in three different lengths: Readymesh PM-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh PM-120 = 12 mm; Readymesh PM-180 = 18 mm. Readymesh PM is an auxiliary fibre used in a multitude of application fields, where three-dimensional reinforcement and diffusion of the cement conglomerate and/or lime base is required. It is a particularly indicated fibre for addition to small manufactured works or for plaster, even in small thickness and with reduced granulometry inerts. Add the fibres to the conglomerate during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the cement mixer at full speed, for at least 5-6 minutes. The dosage, based on use, is normally between 600 g/m³ and 1.5 kg/m³. On average, 250 g of fibres per 200 litre building site cement mixer. The addition of fibres could slightly modify the rheology of the cement mix. Variable according to the type of work to be carried out (screeds, plasters, mortars), on average from 0.6 to 1.5 kg per cubic metre of cement or hydraulic lime based conglomerate. Flexseal 300 A hydro-expansive polyurethane sealant in a thixotropic paste, pre-packaged in an extrudable cartridge with standard dosing guns, to be utilised as a waterstop in the most complex or problematic situations in waterproofing below-ground areas. Its elastic and sealing properties remain unchanged over time. In a completely dry state, Flexseal 300 shrinks to its original size and then expands again upon contact with water. Formation of airtight seals at connections, holes, cavities, cracking, formwork blades etc.; execution of seals in the connection between pipes and masonry; Material to assist in laying both traditional and hydro-expansive waterstop profiles. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust etc. Cut the tip of the cartridge with a cutter so as to allow the extrusion of a sealant kerb of at least 8 mm in diameter (to ensure that the sealing is both efficient and hydro-expansive). Flexseal 300 must be placed laid in properly confined sections and covered with at least 6 cm of structural, shrink-resistant mortar Grout 6 (castable) or Repar Tix (thixotropic). Floor Level SFR Floor Level SFR is a self-levelling modified-polymer cement mortar having fibre-reinforcement with Readymesh MR-060, offering accelerated grip and fast hardening. Applied prior to laying the flooring, it is perfect for levelling at thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm so as to adapt to any type of covering. The perfect pourability, fluidity and self-levelling properties of the mortar facilitate the coating operations, to quickly attain perfect planarity. By casting the product on the substrate and helping to spread the self-levelling product with a putty knife, the resulting surface is perfectly smooth thanks to the fine granulometry of the silica aggregate (with a maximum size of 0.5 mm). Floor Level SFR is additivated with shrinkage reducers-compensators and fibre-reinforced with the special steel microfibres of Readymesh MR-060 that confer the important levelling resistance to flexotraction, ductility and fracture energy and is designed for particularly stressed areas of application. As an additive, Floor Level SFR has a special high-flexibility powder adhesive that ensures the product bonds to various media without affecting the self-levelling characteristics and breathability to water vapour. The swift development of mechanical resistors ensures the immediate progression of construction operations and walkability just a few hours after application (approximately 4-5 hours at 20° C). Fast drying means the floor coverings and finishing operations can be applied sooner – always checking the moisture content of the hardened mortar with a calcium carbide hygrometer or electrical hygrometer and bearing in mind that the latter provides merely indicative values that should be calibrated on the product in advance. Floor Level SFR can be used to shave uneven substrates to be levelled then subsequently covered with various types of flooring (ceramic tiles, marble, wood, plastic material, and so on), especially in cases where speed of execution is required and the finished flooring needs high resistance to static loads and to dynamic stresses on the finished floor. Some substrate examples include: • concrete slabs and cement screeds; • heated floors; • existing concrete flooring, terrazzo tiles, natural stones, magnesite. • existing ceramic flooring with the substrates subject to priming with two-component Syntech RGS resin (consumption approximately 1.2 kilograms/m2) and casting of Floor Level SFR on wet resin. The surfaces on which the product is to be applied must be cleaned of dust, free from contamination, paints, loose and crumbly parts, and so on. Adopt effective mechanical measures to remove residues that could impact upon product adhesion. On media with standard absorption, slightly wet the substrate with water to clean the surface and favour the bonding of Floor Level SFR. If the substrate is particularly absorbent, weak and crumbly or whereby it is not possible to slightly wet, prime the surfaces with the special aqueous resin dispersion Bond Plus, preferably spreading the product with a rigid-bristle brush to promote penetration into the base. In all cases where surfaces are primed with Bond Plus, the application of Floor Level SFR must take place “wet-on-wet” immediately after the first priming — with a consumption of Bond Plus at about 200 grams/square metres. On non-absorbent, vitrified, ceramised bases – such as ceramic or klinker tiles – prime surfaces with the bicomponent Syntech RGS resin (with a consumption of 1.2 kilograms/m2) and apply Floor Level SFR onto the resin whilst still fresh. Floor Level SFR is pumpable but, since the product has accelerated grip, the casting must be continuous and without interruption (with the pump to be entirely emptied before any stoppage to the pumping lasting more than 10 minutes). Mix with a triple-helix paddle with a high rotational count or with a vertical axis mixer. Put 2/3 of the total water for the mixture into the mixer, gradually adding the product and the remaining water, stirring for about 2–3 minutes until obtaining a homogeneous mixture with castable consistency. The mixture must contain from 18% to 20% water by weight (from 4.5 litres to 5.0 litres per 25-kilogram bag). Strain the mixture thus obtained onto the substrate and spread with a rubber blade, standard metal putty knife or toothed trowel (angled to obtain the desired thickness). Thanks to its perfect self-levelling characteristics, Floor Level SFR immediately fills the grooves left by the toothed trowel and eliminates small imperfections caused by its passage (trowel markings). Finish the adjustment and smoothing operations within 20 minutes. The product has accelerated grip and hardening, meaning there should be no pause between mixing and application. Grout Garden Quick-setting cementitious mortar for assembling and fixing fence posts, rotating clothesline, etc…, in holes made in the ground… without mixing with a drill, whisk, cement mixer or other. Suitable for mounting and fixing fence posts, rotating clothesline, etc ..., in holes made in the ground without mixing with a drill, whisk, cement mixer or other. For the installation of the rapid mortar it is necessary to dig a sufficiently large hole or trench. The ground in which the hole will be made must be stable and well compacted. Before processing, the side and floor surfaces must be pre-wetted, avoiding the formation of puddles. The dry mix should be applied in layers of about 10-15 cm. With a hand watering can you can wet and compact the mortar with a trowel, considering a water requirement of about 3-3.5 liters for each 25 kg bag of Grout Garden. As soon as the water has completely penetrated into the mortar, we will proceed with the laying of another 10-15 cm layer, repeating the operation. Compact and smooth the surface of the mortar as well as possible. Depending on the temperature of the air and the environment, the hardening of the product will start after about 5 minutes. After about 1 hour, the hardened mortar can be drilled with a drill to fix any poles or signs. Complete hardening, like all cementitious materials, will be obtained after about 28 days. Calcesana Nocciola Natural hydraulic lime, hazel-coloured, obtained through firing, in a vertical oven in refractory stone and bricks, at temperatures of 1100°C, of constant quality select marly limestones, specific for mortars, plasters and substrate screeds in ecological building works and in interventions of historical and monument restoration. Calcesana Nocciola is the result of a firing process which, due to the inherent properties of the furnace, and to stringent controls, takes place at temperatures of 1100°C. Calcesana Nocciola is reduced to a very fine powder with traditional grinding processes unchanged over time. Calcesana Nocciola confers remarkable breathability properties to mortars and plasters, as well as outstanding characteristics of resistance to chloride penetration and corrosion from sulphate waters, even with high values of free carbon dioxide. Calcesana Nocciola is characterised by low soluble salt content, by the total absence of cement and chemical additives, and by its high inhibiting power against bacteria and biodeteriogenic settlements (moulds etc.). Calcesana Nocciola is used in the preparation of mortars for masonry and internal and external plasters on site. Extend mixing times for at least 5'. Apply on supports saturated with water, with dry surface. Do not add chemical additives without consulting our Technical Service first. Cure the convenient and prolonged moist hardening of fresh mortars and plasters. Protect the fresh mortars and plasters from direct exposure to the sun and ventilation.
