The hinge of ALDA baskets is also designed as a handle, which makes it easy to carry them anywhere. Thanks to the rubber base, the basket adheres to the surface on which it is placed. This reduces to a minimum the shifting of the basket and possible damage to the surface. Es ist ein thermisches Spritzverfahren zur Herstellung von Metallüberzügen durch Aufspritzen des in einem Lichtbogen erschmolzenen Metalls. Beim Spritzen wird Zink als Spritzmetalle verwendet. Die aufgespritzten Überzüge dienen als Korrosions- und Verschleißschutzschichten. Die Beschichtung zeichnet sich dann durch Oxidfreiheit, geringe Porosität und sehr gute Haftung aus. Und das heisst eine längere Lebensdauer. Für Innen stellen wir Stühle, Tische, Betten, Regale und viel mehr her. Ein großer Teil unseres Produktionsprofils sind Polstermöbel aus Stahl mit Holzbauteilen, wie Betten mit Metallrahmen, Kommoden und Schränke mit Holzschubladen, Metalltische mit Holzblättern, Polsterstühle mit Metallrahmen. Polsterung macht unsere Möbel äußerst schick. Wir machen auch Gartenmöbel wie Stühle, Tische, Pergolen und Pavillons. Unsere Möbelserie wurde 2016 auf der Esprit Meuble Messe in Paris mit einem GRAND PRIX DE L’INNOVATION ausgezeichnet.
