T.I. 800 The particular shape of the T.I. 800 cutting machine enables the operator to take up a position in front of the machine, facilitating sliding of the pack and improving visibility of the work. During cutting, the pack is held in place by a pressure pad on the blade holder, ensuring high cutting precision.

CONTINUOUS CYCLE BUFFING MACHINE B.C.12 The machine is installed downstream of the continuous cycle polishing machine Mod. L.C.6, thus allowing a line production. The machine is made up of a rotating cross beam equipped with four buffing units bearing three pads each. The machine operates through three rotating movements: each buffing pad rotates; the four buffing units rotate on their axis and the cross beam, bearing the buffing units, rotates around the central axis of the machine. This system ensures excellent buffing and the panels being processed are perfectly clean from the polishing waste. The panels are fed by a vacuum belt conveyor at variable speed via an inverter. The polishing compound, which is contained in a tank, is sprayed by 2 guns directly on the panels. The guns are installed at the entry of the machine.
