Het is de enige manier om te garanderen dat ondergrondse opslagtanks luchtdicht zijn. Maar dit is niet de enige toepassing waarvoor ultrasone dichtheidscontroles gebruikt kunnen worden. Er bestaan wel meer dingen die luchtdicht moeten zijn. De motor of cabine van een auto bijvoorbeeld, grote scheepvaartcontainers of de lagerbehuizing in een fabriek die papier produceert. Wanneer de dichtheid niet langer gegarandeerd is, kunnen er vervelende dingen gebeuren. Er kunnen bijvoorbeeld dingen lekken of binnensijpelen, iets wat altijd vermeden moet worden.

The IFQ LOGGER is a portable converter and logger for Flow-Tronic flow sensors. It disposes of one RS485 digital serial communication port with specific communication protocols for RAVEN-EYE or BELUGA flow sensors and one 4-20 mA input for external level. The IFQ LOGGER combines high performance with low power requirements. The unit needs 12 VDC nominal power supply either provided from an optional battery pack or solar panels. The IFQ LOGGER keeps the same easy configuration enhanced by the IFQ MONITOR and stays in line with the flexible and modular architecture launched by the RAVEN-EYE. All flow sensors are field interchangeable. A dry contact output is available for users needing an output for samplers or any other instrument. This control unit has two 0-10 Volt outputs to regulate the EC fans. Via the 2 tacho inputs you can directly monitor the status of the fans and their speed, if tacho signals are available on the fans. HVAC sensors or potentiometers can be connected to the unit, via Modbus RTU communication or 2 analogue inputs. The built-in 24 VDC power supply can feed the external sensors or potentiometers. The controller itself needs a supply voltage between 85 - 305 VAC. Application specific firmware is needed for the unit to function. This firmware can be downloaded via Senteraweb, our online HVAC portal, where we already made a limited number of specific firmware version available, used in typical HVAC applications like destratification. The only thing that needs to be done is to select the appropriate functionality on the solution page of our website and download the firmware. No additional programming is required. TCMF8 is also available - for AC fan speed control.

Pour une question d’immunité électromagnétique, le signal est directement converti en fréquence dans le corps de l’axe. Ce signal fréquence généré par le tourillon est relié par un câble faradisé au moniteur électronique HF 80 qui en assure la gestion complète.
