Electrical insulation blanket EIP0-1,0x0 is a flexible covering material made of high-quality EPDM elastomer used to cover wires that are powered under voltage or grounded, suitable for interior and exterior environments. It is made in a thickness of 1.0 mm (+0.3; -0.1) and widths of 1000 - 1200 mm. We deliver it in rolls of 10 m length. It has a smooth surface on both sides. It is marked along the entire length of the board with a marking tape according to the corresponding electrical class (class 0 - red tape). The electrical insulation blanket EIP0-1,0x0 is certified according to the IEC 61112:2009 standard in class 0, with a specified working voltage for direct current 1500 V and for alternating current 1000 V. Also certified according to category A and Z, i.e. resistant to acids and ozone. Tensile strength reaches at least 16 MPa and tear resistance is at least 500%.

All insulating sleeves and casing are made-to-measure. The client can choose the thickness and has the choice of selecting the appropriate outer layer.

Also certified according to categories A and Z, resistant to acids and ozone. Vulcanized elastomer with top and bottom cloth imprint in orange with thickness 1,5 mm and a basic weight 1,6 kg/m2. Marking is done by precuring a lengthwise marking tape covering the entire roll length. This way of marking is durable and unerasable. We supply it in rolls, which allows you to cut parts of different shapes and sizes according to the needs of end users which makes it universal The standard width of the rolls are 1 m or 1,2 m, but we can deliver also custom cuts.
