The adjustable modular column formwork by PASCHAL is a steel frame formwork whose elements are assembled according to the so-called windmill principle. With four elements each square and rectangular column cross-sections can be formed in the adjustment range of 20 cm to 50 cm in increments of 5 cm.

The testing of a new design or process with maximized series-ready specifications – that is the job of our prototyping department. In close cooperation with our customers, we create a sample perfectly matched to the given framework. In addition to our own technologies, we can also integrate processes from our partners (e.g. electroplating or laser processing).

PASCHAL LOGO.3 wall formwork is an effective and robust large-size system. It can be adapted to any floor plan with its well-balanced range of panels. From the 2.40 metre wide large-size panels to the small plastic filler pieces, any formwork task in the system can be completed using the PASCHAL LOGO.3, with no need for expensive on-site solutions. Expensive on-site solutions can therefore be reduced to a minimum. LOGO.3 can be used in residential and business buildings as well as in industrial and engineering construction.

The shoring frames TG 60 are made of steel tube of higher strength and are stiffened with 2 small diagonal braces. To transfer tensile forces, every frame is secured by hinged pins, locking pins or bolts to each other. In this way the towers can be assembled on the ground and placed by a crane. The shoring frames TG 60 are designed symmetrically – because of that you don’t have to care about the direction of the diagonal braces.

Lifting platforms are used as working platforms and for raising and moving inside formwork for elevator shafts and staircase cores as well as other structures where normal climbing units cannot be used because of the lack of space. The PASCHAL klik-klak beams are a modular component system which can be adjusted to all layouts.

The variable Grip column formwork is based on the windmill sail principle and achieves short shuttering times together with high quality surface finish for open-faced concrete.

Die Velabran GmbH wurde in 2015 von der Beteiligungs-und Betriebsgesellschaft Bautzen mit der Herstellung eines neuen Eingangsgebäudes für den Saurierpark Bautzen (Kleinwelka) beauftragt. Dieser Generalunternehmer-Auftrag beinhaltete den Bau des „Mitoseum“ (Zellteilung) aus 3 verschieden großen Kuppeln, die höchste mit 23 m. Velabran GmbH entwickelte gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Ingenieuren ein innovatives technisches System zur Herstellung der Stahlstuktur, da die Geometrie des Gebäudes sehr komplex ist. In 4 Monaten Bauzeit (ohne Rohbau und Fundamentierung) konnte dieses ambitionierte Bauvorhaben verwirklicht werden. Es wird eine Grundfläche von 850 m² überspannt.

Through this process, one is guaranteed with unmistakable and unique identification which is a pre-requisite for credit processes or for leasing. RFID technology has three essential components - the reader, the transponder(a computer chip with an antenna and casing) and the software that is associated with the reader. Data associated with the formwork element is transmitted online from the reader to the PC, or directly to the online portal.

The climbing platform KBK, folding is a working and climbing scaffold which is supplied to the building site ready assembled. After erecting the guard railing post and unfolding the platform, KBK is ready to use and can be dropped into the clevis shoe using the crane.
