MULTI-STATION ULTRASONIC CLEANING SYSTEMS
Multi-station ultrasonic cleaning systems are ideal for cleaning products classified as "heavily soiled" or challenging to clean. These systems consist of at least two stations and can be extended to seven stations depending on the required cleaning stages. Equipped with additional functions such as pre-washing and drying, these machines are designed to meet user-specific needs, with customized functions built into the system. Typically, these systems include the following stages:
Stage One – Pre-Washing: This initial stage uses hot water as a pre-treatment to loosen dirt from the surface. Detergent can be added depending on the cleaning needs.
Stage Two – Main Ultrasonic Washing: The main cleaning occurs in this stage using ultrasonic waves. Depending on the material's contamination level, multiple main washing lines may be included.
Stage Three – Rinsing: At this stage, the detergent on the material’s surface is softened with water, aiming to maintain a neutral pH level. Purified water is often used in rinsing systems for optimal results.
Stage Four – Drying: The final stage removes water and moisture, effectively drying the products. Various drying methods can be employed, such as hot air blowing, vacuum drying, and ultraviolet drying.
