GRP designs meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. We are always delighted to work on special projects for our customers. The task here was to design a special GRP crane platform with a stainless steel crane unit. This was developed and built by TC and is used to raise battery packs by approx. 1 m. The complete crane platform can be rolled manually to the respective place of use.

In unserer Produktionshalle, dem Werk 2, werden auf 7 sogenannten Profilierungsanlagen 8 Profilbleche produziert, nämlich unser Nordblech 19, Nordblech 20, Nordblech 35, Nordblech 50, Nordbleche 100 (Hochprofil), Nordblech 18/76 (Wellblech) und Nordblech Klassik (Dachpfannenprofil) produziert. Das Nordblech 18 wird nur als Sonderangebot Die letzten Anlagen wurden im Frühjahr 2016 installiert und in Betrieb genommen. Außerdem werden auf drei CNC Kantbänken Kantprofile als Zubehör für Dach und Wand aber auch individuell für viele Handwerker und Heimwerker aus der Region bis zu einer Länge von 6m hergestellt. Die entsprechenden Vormaterialien, Flachblechzuschnitte, werden auf Tafelscheren und/oder einer Längs- und Querteilanlage vorbereitet.
