Trasformatori basso profilo ideali per circuiti stampati costruiti solitamente con nuclei a C grani orientati. Questa tipologia di trasformatori lavora tipicamente ad una frequenza di 50/60Hz. Questa gamma di trasformatori soddisfa l’esigenza di alimentare apparecchiature elettroniche anche qualora sia richiesta un’altezza ridotta. Anche in questo caso siamo disponibili a customizzare con il Cliente il prodotto in base all’esigenza di alimentazione del PCB in fase di studio con eventuale stampa in 3D del contenitore.

Ci avvaliamo di macchine bobinatrici idonee alla produzione di trasformatori elettrici, bobine, elettromagneti e avvolgimenti lineari di vario tipo. Disponiamo di un forno di essiccazione a temperatura controllata con la possibilità di estrarre e fornire al cliente il grafico delle temperature durante l’essiccazione. Effettuiamo l’impregnazione/resinatura sottovuoto mediante autoclavi.
