I tubi sono prodotti nel nostro stabilimento con due tipi di processo, quello ad ago (senza saldatura) e quello a ponte (con saldatura). È abbastanza facile distinguere i due processi: nel processo di estrusione senza saldatura, il mandrino (ago) è fissato dentro la camera di estrusione creando il diametro interno del tubo, mentre nell'estrusione a ponte, il mandrino è fissato alla matrice permezzo di bracci o ponti di supporto.

The right clamping method is crucial in order to achieve the desired result. The best clamping method is dependent on factors including the dimensions and thickness of the profile and the processes to be implemented.
