The QF-1000 is an automatic folder for production of cross folded wet wipes made of for example spun laced, thermo bond or air laid material. The machine slits a parent roll into 5-8 lanes, add lotion, Z-fold (in two steps), cross fold and stack. Finished stacks will be delivered on an outfeed conveyor which will feed into the packaging machine with no manual handling.

The W-1250 is an automatic rewinder for production of small rolls of non-woven, paper or similar materials. The machine operates non-stop, automatically and the cycle time can be down to 4 sec. The web tension is controlled automatically so rolls can be made with very weak perforations. The hardness of the roll can be regulated separately so if required you can get a compact roll even if the perforation are very weak.
