Dardanos Fine Foods Extra Virgin cold-pressed olive oil is carefully and delicately produced from hand-picked quality olives and fresh lemons. Perfect for salads and dressings, for dipping bread, for marinating meat and cooking in general. A good dressing for fish and shellfish. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils; As with all our products, it is obtained up to +270C without heat treatment. All phases of our Dardanos Fine Food Extra Virgin Olive Oil branded products, from gardening to consumer use, are reported and traceable. Acidity value: max. 0.6% The tightening process takes place at a maximum of 77 °F. (25 °C) Prepared products are stored at maximum 64.4 °F - 68ºF in specially air-conditioned warehouses. (18°C - 20°C) Harvested olives are pressed within a maximum of 8 hours. No colorants, additives or sweeteners are included.
