Sanaxil I Natural, protective, decorative, breathable, pigmented, non-toxic, anti-mold plaster, with stabilized potassium silicates, for interiors and exteriors. Substantially mineral formulation which, thanks to the natural alkaline pH of potassium silicate, develops a strong antibacterial and anti-mold action. Sanaxil I is a versatile and valid product in various application fields: in green building interventions, in new constructions and in the restoration of period and monumental buildings. The product does not form a film, thus avoiding detachment and flaking phenomena and, while ensuring excellent water repellency, ensures high values of permeability to water vapor thanks to its porous and microcrystalline structure, perfectly compatible with mortars, plasters and all other common elements of the body masonry. Physical-mechanical performance and durability are coupled with a vast choice of colors that cannot be altered over time; characteristics which, combined with the ease and practicality of application, make the product extremely versatile and adaptable to any project requirement. Protech Oxicrom Protech Oxicrom is an inorganic oxide/hydroxide based powder compound. Added in appropriate quantities and homogeneously distributed, it is ideal for the pigmentation of cement or similar conglomerates, plaster and paint. Protech Oxicrom oxides are available in yellow, red, brown, green, blue and black. Ferrous oxides have been used since ancient times for colouring paints. The main ferrous minerals from which the pigments are obtained are, of course, iron and its derivatives and compounds. The main colours of these pigments are dark gray/black in relation to ferrous oxide derivatives, and classic rusty red in relation to ferric oxide derivatives. Other more complex compounds may have colourings of yellow, orange, red and brown. Protech Oxicrom is ideal for the pigmentation of concrete for architectural and industrial floorings of washed gravel, shotcrete and exposed stone tiling, as well for the formulation of dyes and paints. The use of Protech Oxicrom ferrous oxide compounds is extremely simple: in the case of concrete, cements, mortars, plasters and so on, the pigment must be gradually and uniformly added to the mixer and mixed until a homogeneously coloured mixture is obtained. The indicative dosage of approximately 3-10% of the weight of the mixture to be pigmented should be varied according to the desired colour intensity. Sanavel Breathable, natural, non-toxic, indoor paint, based on potassium silicate. Protech Sil P Water-repellent, breathable, pigmented paint based on siloxane resins in water dispersion for painting and renovating civil and industrial buildings, and newly manufactured, for both external and internal facades. Recommended as a breathable, water-repellent protective finish for macroporous dehumidifying plasters (Sanatigh, Sanawarme, Caleosana). Protech Sil P creates a microporous filter that effectively prevents the penetration of water and aggressive solutions without compromising the necessary breathability of masonry. Protech Road Line Fast-drying refractive synthetic paint with excellent coverage and resistance to atmospheric agents, specially designed for painting horizontal road signs. Based on acrylic resin, specific plasticizers loaded with Rutile Titanium Dioxide, synthetic pigments resistant to UV rays, lamellar and crystalline charges, glass microspheres with a high refractive index and a specific mixture of solvents to balance drying in depth and in surface, allows to communicate the safety rules according to the provisions of the highway code both in the urban and extra-urban areas for the center lines, side lines, zebra stripes, stop bands and pedestrian crossings etc. Protech Road Line is specific for road markings on flooring, including roads: asphalt, cementitious substrates, porphyry, etc. Remove all traces of dust. Smerald Piscine Protective decorative enamel, with satin effect, monocomponent, high technical content, very resistant to the action of UV rays; based on polyurethane polymer mixtures and acrylic modified with Teflon, in aqueous emulsion. Perfect for finishing concrete surfaces intended for permanent contact with water (swimming pools, fountains, ornamental basins, channels, artificial ponds, tanks, etc. ). It is provided in the standard colours Light Blue and White, on request it can be supplied in other colours. Smerald Piscine is a special mixture of polyurethane-acrylate Teflon coated resins, in aqueous emulsion, particularly resistant to light, water, chlorine and the usual sanitising agents. Modified with unalterable high coverage pigments and special additives, effectively protected against UV radiation, assisted by peculiar radical catchers, it is characterised by high adhesion to the support, high elastic performance, excellent coverage capacity with only two coats of application, and absolute absence of toxic solvents of any kind. Specially formulated for painting pools, ornamental basins, channels, fountains, ponds, tanks, and any cement support strongly and permanently in contact with water. The surfaces of application should be clean, free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, or non-absorbent, dust, pre-existing paints, etc. Smerald Piscine can be applied by brush, roller or airless (membrane type) with a 1.5 - 2 mm diameter nozzle. It is preferable to wait at least 30 days for the base to mature. Make sure the surface to be treated is dry, mature and free from damp spots. Before proceeding with the application of the paint, it is advisable to wash with a hydro-cleaner to remove dust or loosely adherent residues. As a first coat, the product can be diluted with water at 40/50% in order to uniform and consolidate the base. Leave to dry for 12 hours and then proceed with the application of 2 coats of paint spaced out for at least 12 hours, diluting with water as little as possible. Always apply two coats, spaced at least 12 hours apart, for a consumption of no less than 200 g/m² per coat (about 450 g/m² of total consumption). On large surfaces it is recommended to apply product from the same production batch. Always proceed wet on wet in order to avoid signs of recovery. MAINTENANCE: Maintenance interventions are foreseen, normally every two years, except for special needs. Proceed to detach the old damaged paint, clean the substrate with suitable detergents and remove grease or algae. The damaged areas must be carefully repaired before proceeding with the painting as indicated above. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: It is recommended to fill the pool at least 15 days after applying the product and to leave the pool full even during the winter or non-use months. The paint is not suitable for use on rubber surfaces, fiberglass swimming pools, concrete with water repellent additives, for particular surfaces it is recommended to carry out a test application on a small area before proceeding with the finish on the entire pool.
