We have just completed installation and commissioning of our new hashtag#Laempe LL10 Core Shooter. Coupled with its LVM Vertical mixer, the machine uses a gas activated binder system to make high quality sand cores. With multiple axis of operation it is capable of handling complex boxes with up to 6 pieces. With its short setup and cycle times and a shoot volume of up to 15 litres, this highly efficient machine will increase productivity across our full range of cast product.
