RUM FAROL is a traditional molasses-based distillate, matured in ex-Porto Tawny barrels. To the eye it appears amber-coloured, light copper. The nose is surprised by a sweet scent of cherry, the fruity and persistent hints are reminiscent of Port wine. The taste reveals a smoky and woody aroma, at first dry becoming caressing. RUM FAROL is an excellent artisanal Rum with a versatile character, perfect for tasting and lending itself to the mixing of sophisticated drinks. Made exclusively in Portugal, Rum Farol is the result of the natural processes of fermentation and distillation of pressed sugar cane juice, whose aromatic profile is guaranteed.
