Consilex Altrain: Wodoodporne przezroczyste rozwiązanie niepellicularne do powierzchni murowanych

Consilex Altrain: Wodoodporne przezroczyste rozwiązanie niepellicularne do powierzchni murowanych

Consilex Altrain Water repellent, colourless, non-pellicular impregnating agent based on silanes and siloxanes in solvent. It protects plaster, hydraulic mortars, natural stone, tuff, and other building materials, from the mechanical-chemical action of rain, from freezing/thawing cycles and from the action of pollutant agents. From the functional point of view, the treated materials have pores and capillarity internally coated but not filled, so there is no deposit of coatings, it does not alter the colour, it does not change the appearance of the surfaces and the water vapour breathability is maintained. These characteristics, together with good chemical stability (against oxygen, UV radiation and pollutants) and the total absence of harmful by-products, make the product suitable for application on different supports, in various environments of exposure and in particular for interventions on artefacts of historical-artistic value. The high capillary penetration and diffusion capacity of Consilex Altrain makes the product also suitable for use for chemical barrier injection treatments against rising damp. The special mix of high wetting power solvents carries the active substances (especially the short-chain siloxanic oligomers) towards the inside of the masonry structure depositing them on the capillary walls. The evaporation of the solvent and the combination of silanes-siloxanes with the moisture present in the support, cause the cross-linking and the rooting of the active substances on the application supports. The result is an immediate water-repellent effect of the treated materials (negative angle of wetting against water droplets). This causes the drastic reduction of water penetration inside the treated materials, the reduction of efflorescence and the onset of an effective "self-flushing" effect of the surfaces ("Lotus flower" effect). - Impregnating, waterproofing, protective treatment of above-ground surrounding walls, made of brick, marble, slate, sandstone, limestone, tuff, natural stone in general, brick, cementitious or lime-based conglomerates, etc. - Water repellent transparent protection of buildings with historical or particular architectural value. - Chemical barrier injection treatments on walls affected by rising damp. - Preliminary antisaline treatments, on bare masonry, carried out immediately before the realization of a dehumidifying plastering cycle (despite the effectiveness of the product, which has been extensively tested over the years, pay maximum attention to the timing of realization of this preventive treatment to avoid loss of adhesion of the plastering cycle. For this kind of application we recommend using green-building treatments based on ammonium salts in aqueous solution, like Sanareg) Impregnations with Consilex Altrain are not suitable for waterproofing: - Terraces and flat roofs - Water basins; - Underground artefacts subject to water in negative counter-thrust; - Plaster artefacts; - Synthetic plasters or decorated with synthetic paints. The supports must be dry, clean and dust-free. In particular, pay attention to saline concretions, dirt, grease, oils, paints, moss and weeds, which can prevent the in-depth penetration of the product and that must be removed beforehand. CHEMICAL BARRIER INJECTIONS Draw a line parallel to the external pavement or to the internal flooring, at a distance of approximately 10 - 15 cm from the walking surface. On the traced line, set up drilling points approximately 15 cm apart from each other. The inclination of the holes will be approximately 20° downwards. The depth of the holes will be approximately 4/5 of the thickness of the wall to be injected. The drill bit to be used must have a diameter of 18-20 mm. Once the holes have been drilled, the dust produced by the drilling must be eliminated. Proceed with the execution of gravity or low-pressure injections using an airless pump directly into the holes arranged in the masonry (remember that the product is solvent based. The release of the solvent from injected masonry, characterized among other things by the typical smell of solvent-based materials, is a very slow process, which must provide necessary precautions and be carried out exclusively by skilled workers. Despite the effectiveness of the product that has been extensively tested over the years, therefore, for injection operations on masonry affected by rising damp, in the first instance, we always recommend evaluating solutions based on water-based products such as Consilex Mauer Mono or CONSILEX BARRIER A). Contains flammable solvents, harmful and hazardous for the aquatic environment. Keep away from open flames and sources of heat, do not smoke during its application, use with gloves and safety glasses. In the case of application in closed environments, provide for proper ventilation. Packaging: 25-liter can UM: €/l
Osmocem D : Osmotyczny deformowalny dwuskładnikowy cement wodoodporny

Osmocem D : Osmotyczny deformowalny dwuskładnikowy cement wodoodporny

Osmocem D A two-component osmotic cementitious waterproofing in water dispersion, a modified polymer that is super adhesive, breathable and moderately deformable, being resistant to positive and negative thrusts. Application by trowel, brush or roller. Ideal for waterproofing reinforced concrete and masonry structures including tanks, water pipes, underground structures, lift shafts, flower boxes and hanging gardens. It also serves for repairs and protective coatings of structures offshore or those exposed to sea salt. Suitable for contact with drinking water. Osmocem D is extremely easy to apply, error-proof. It induces adherence to supports by mechanical adhesion and osmotic diffusion. It is also effective in terms of negative hydrostatic thrust (negative pressure). Osmocem D is compatible with food substances: it has been certified as suitable for the containment of foodstuffs and drinking water (Certificate no. 03/2010 Laboratorio Analysis Service di Settimo di Pescantina - VR). Ivory color available on request. Waterproofing treatments of underground structures and masonry, pools, tanks, pipes, tunnels, garages, bridges, reservoirs, basements, areas containing food, etc., provided they are sufficiently porous and absorbent and free from any waterproofing and / or water-repellent surface treatment, whether chemical (siloxanes, epoxies, polyurethanes, etc.) or natural (wax-up). Suitable in both positive or negative hydrostatic thrust conditions. It can also be used for waterproofing terraces and balconies. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., water repellent treatments in general, etc. conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". It is always advisable to prime the application support with approximately 100-150 g / m2 of COMPONENT B adhesive latex; in this way, at least three extraordinarily effective operations are carried out with a simple and fast priming: a) expulsion of the air from the surface porosity _ stopper (with a drastic reduction of the well-known blistering that occurs on elastic products with low thickness); b) decrease in the absorption of the support (to guarantee a suitable curing of the waterproof skim coat); c) increased adhesion thanks to the deep penetration of the polymeric component. Mix the powder component (component A) with the hydrating solution (component B) with a drill at a low number of revolutions, pouring the powder progressively in the liquid, continue mixing until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. Moderate variations in the amount of component B in the mix are allowed, to obtain a more or less fluid compound depending on the intended use (for example, if applied with a brush more component B is required compared to as usage as easy to spread plaster). After mixing is completed wait a few minutes and stir again before proceeding with the application. Mix at a ratio of 25 kg of component A with 5.2 litres of component B. To further to improve the performance of the coating (for example in the case of waterproofing of terraces and balconies), insert the alkaline-resistant fibreglass reinforcing mesh Armaglass 160 between layers, for a general consumption of about 5 kg/m². Approximately 1.9 kg/m² of Osmocem D for each millimetre of thickness to be made. Packaging: Kit 25+6.5 kg UM: €/kg
Distak-M: Fizyczno-chemiczny środek separujący do form metalowych

Distak-M: Fizyczno-chemiczny środek separujący do form metalowych

Distal-M Release agent based on selected organic compounds, promoting removal and anti-corrosive agents, ready-to-use, specific for metal moulds. Distak-M should be used undiluted, sprayed directly on the surfaces to be treated. Distak-M performs a physico-chemical action: the product, properly applied, forms an extremely thin separating film between the formwork and the fresh concrete, allowing easy detachment and the resulting surfaces are free from stains and soiling. Distak-M is suitable for "stripping" metal moulds, both in traditional buildings and in prefabrication with normal and/or steam curing. The chemical activity, connected with the reaction, at superficial level with the alkalis of the fresh concrete, which allows the elimination of the barrier effect, leaves surfaces without removal problems for subsequent coatings and painting. It facilitates formwork removal, without greasing or staining the workpiece. It prevents cracking and bubbles on the final surfaces of the product. After formwork removal, it can be painted or treated with another type of finish. It protects the formwork from rust. It can be used as a protective agent on truck mixers or equipment, to reduce internal and external concrete incrustations. Release treatments for concrete castings in metal moulds with normal and accelerated curing. Distak-M is a ready-to-use product that must be applied as a spray. With one litre of Distak-M, correctly applied, the indicative yield is about 30-50 m², depending on the quality of the formwork. Any excess product must be removed; any overdosage may compromise the stripping or the success of the superficial appearance of the casting. With 1 litre of Distak-M, correctly applied, it is possible to consider an indicative yield of approximately 30-50 m², according to the quality of the formwork. Packaging: 25-liter can UM: €/l
Osmocem Flex Mono: Cementowy, elastyczny, jednoskładnikowy produkt do hydroizolacji

Osmocem Flex Mono: Cementowy, elastyczny, jednoskładnikowy produkt do hydroizolacji

Osmocem Flex Mono Osmotic cementitious waterproofing from a single-component, fibre-reinforced modified polymer, being super adhesive and deformable, with a plastic-elastic conduct. Ideal for waterproofing beneath tiles and for protecting concrete. It is easily applied by trowel, brush or roller, both on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Offers a 30% higher yield than two-component systems. One-component product, modified polymer, flexible and deformable, which requires only the addition of water. The application is easy and versatile, thanks to the variable consistency obtained by adjusting the amount of water added (within the allowed range and indicated in the "Instructions for use" paragraph), without dripping in vertical applications. 30% higher yield than two-component systems. Waterproofing of balconies, terraces, bathrooms, showers, swimming pools, before laying ceramic coverings. Waterproofing of concrete structures, plasters and cementitious screeds, as long as they are sufficiently porous and absorbent and without waterproofing and / or water-repellent surface treatments, both chemical (siloxane, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.) and natural (waxing). The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, crumbly and incoherent parts, dust, water-repellent treatments in general, etc. Any cracks due to plastic or hygrometric shrinkage, if present, must be preliminarily reclaimed with suitable products and techniques. In micro-cracked or particularly stressed areas, it is important to insert Armaglass 160, an alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh, in the first fresh layer of Osmocem Flex Mono. Immediately after laying the mesh, Osmocem Flex Mono must be finished with a flat trowel (see also "Instructions for use"). In the case of large cladding surfaces, it is necessary to provide "chimneys" for venting the steam, suitably located. Osmocem Flex Mono must be mixed with clean water. The following water additions are allowed: • 22-24% for application with a trowel. • Maximum 30% for brush-roller application. It is recommended to mix with a low speed mixer for at least a couple of minutes and, in any case, until a perfectly homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained. The addition of other ingredients (binders, aggregates, additives) must be absolutely avoided. A light wetting of the support is allowed immediately before the product is spread. Dry substrates must be previously primed with Bond Plus (mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 1). The typical application involves an application of about 3 mm of Osmocem Flex Mono in two layers. The maximum recommended thickness for each applied layer is: by trowel / spray: 2 mm, by roller / brush: 1 mm. When waterproofing terraces and balconies, Osmocem Flex Mono must be applied in two successive coats, with a thickness of approximately 1.5 mm each (approximately 2.2 kg / m² per coat), each of which must be applied when the previous one appears stable. (not earlier than 4 hours at 20 ° C). It is recommended to interpose the Armaglass 160 alkaline-resistant glass fiber mesh in the thickness of Osmocem Flex Mono between the first and second coat. The Proband butyl self-adhesive strip must also be prepared between the screed and the elevation walls. Finally, it is recommended to position the special elastic band Elastotex 120, or Elastotex 120 Cloth, in correspondence with any expansion joints, fixing it with the same Osmocem Flex Mono. Do not use Osmocem Flex Mono on heavily degraded or inconsistent substrates, as they would risk nullifying the goodness of the waterproofing. Do not apply on slightly or non-porous substrates or substrates previously coated with water-repellent treatments in general, unless after appropriate roughening using bush hammering machines, sanders and equipment suitable for preparatory treatments of the substrates, or after appropriate treatment with suitable polymeric primers. Approximately 1.4 kg / m² of Osmocem Flex Mono for each millimeter of thickness to be created. Packaging: 20 kg bag UM: €/kg
Intosana: Tynk o wysokiej przepuszczalności, wzmocnione włókno, na bazie wapna hydraulicznego

Intosana: Tynk o wysokiej przepuszczalności, wzmocnione włókno, na bazie wapna hydraulicznego

Intosana Premixed, fibre-reinforced, breathable plaster, based on hydraulic lime, for coating and repairing internal and external walls and masonry, for new buildings, existing buildings, ecological building interventions, in new buildings and in the restoration of vintage buildings and monuments. Intosana is a product made up of hydraulic lime, metakaolin, light aggregates, siliceous aggregates, Vichy salt and special mineral additions with pozzolanic activity. These light-coloured pozzolanic materials, substantially consisting of kaolins of very fine particle size, increase the mechanical performance of the plaster and have very positive effects on its durability, preventing the development of undesired reactions between the hydraulic binders and the salt compounds that are usually present in the masonry (sulphates), or they can come from particularly aggressive exposure environments (chlorides, nitrates). Intosana has been specially formulated to have low water absorption values and very high water vapour breathability at the same time, in addition to a lower density compared to traditional plasters. The particular balance between breathability, absorption, mechanical performance, durability, resistance to chemical attacks, makes the use of Intosana particularly recommended on: buildings attacked by marine aerosol; urban environments attacked by acid rain; damp walls. Intosana does not contain portland cements, resins, solvents and radioemissive elements. Plastering and repair of internal and external masonry, brick, stone or mixed. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, and gradually add Intosana and the water still required, continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. The mixing water indicatively necessary is equal to 16-18% by weight (4-4.5 litres per 25 kg bag). Apply by hand, with brick trowel and plaster trowel, or with plastering machine (PFT model G4 or similar). It is advisable to apply the plaster after application of a suitable adhesive rendering. The rendering can be realised with Intosana slightly more liquid than normal, or by application of the specific product Untersana. They must both be applied by "spraying", and they must provide a rough, corrugated surface, designed to promote the bonding of the subsequent plaster, which must be applied no later than 2-3 days. For thicknesses in excess of 20 mm improve the anti-cracking attitude, by inserting fibreglass plaster-holding. Approximately 15 kg/m² of Intosana for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1500 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg
Floor Q: Strukturalny, wzmocniony włóknem płynny zaprawa do bardzo cienkich wylewek

Floor Q: Strukturalny, wzmocniony włóknem płynny zaprawa do bardzo cienkich wylewek

Floor Q This rheoplastic, composite cementitious grout with controlled-shrinkage and super-fluid consistency is fibre-reinforced with a special mix of glass and polypropylene fibres, having a base of high-strength cements, polymeric modifiers, anti-shrinkage agents, super-pozzolanic reactive fillers and selected siliceous aggregates. Ideal for restoring the thickness of concrete removed by milling, of old concrete flooring (with a reconstruction thickness from 15 mm to 40 mm), along with dimensional adjustments, structural reintegration and so on. Repair and cladding industrial concrete floors, structural restoration, dimensional adjustments, increases in the resistant section, reconstruction of the thickness of the concrete removed by milling, etc. The surfaces of application should be clean and free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., saturated with water. In the case of surfaces to be rebuilt after milling, the areas of reconstruction will have to be in as regular a shape as possible (as similar to a square as possible); the thickness should be as homogeneous as possible; finally the section of the pre-existing flooring to be filled should be reminiscent of the shape of a trapezium which widens toward the bottom (this is in order to anchor the "patch" perfectly in the seat of reconstruction and to avoid its detachment, given the slightly expansive properties of the product). It is necessary to provide a suitable bonding bridge between the part to be reconstructed and the reconstruction material. There are 2 alternative ways of doing this: - Roll out the specific epoxy primer on the prepared surface, using a roller or a brush, for structural construction joints Syntech RGS. - Prepare adequate additional reinforcement, parallel to the bottom of the reconstruction, consisting of electrowelded mesh (2 mm wire, 5x5 cm mesh) at a distance from the bottom of half the thickness, attached to the bottom itself by "L"-shaped steel bars, with improved adhesion and a diameter of 8 mm, inserted in holes and secured by expansive cement micro-mortar Grout Micro-J or polyester resin in a two-compartment extrudable cartridge PROFIX. For the preparation of the mortar insert 2/3 of the total mix water in the mixer, gradually add the product and the remaining water, until you obtain a uniform mix of the desired consistency. Pour the mixture prepared in the seat of reconstruction, prop it up and level it until it is perfectly smooth. Approximately 21 kg/m² of Floor Q for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 2100 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg
Fluid Tix: Wielofunkcyjny dodatek tiksotropowy przeciwdziałający kurczeniu

Fluid Tix: Wielofunkcyjny dodatek tiksotropowy przeciwdziałający kurczeniu

Fluid tix A polyvalent powder additive to add to mixtures of binders and aggregates for packaging plasters, mortars, concrete and thixotropic concretes, rheoplastics, with controlled shrinkage and high mechanical, chemical, waterproof performance. The physico-chemical action of Fluid Tix can be considered as a complex interaction of positive physicochemical contributions and modifications of the rheology of the mixture. In particular, the super-pozzolanic reaction (the transformation of calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)₂ – being unstable, soluble and dangerously reactive – into hydrated calcium silicate that is mechanically and chemically stable and insoluble) involves significant contributions in terms of performance and durability. The physical action of the MICROSIL 90 ultrafine filler, present in the formula, results in increments in density, compactness and resistance of the matrix. Special additives also permit a rise in the thixotropy of the mixtures additivated with Fluid Tix with optimal adjustment of the workability in accordance with the dosage used. The conglomerates added with Fluid Tix are therefore thixotropic composites particularly suitable for the realisation of durable works and repairs, even in aggressive atmospheres – marine, mountain, urban and industrial. Fluid Tix is optimised to be used as a viscosifier additive and as a thixotropy regulator in all of our castable and injection products: Mikrosana, Sanafluens, and GROUT line. When it is necessary to localise the injection operation in the mass of the masonry, Fluid Tix is thus an indispensable additive to regulate the flow and fluidity of the slurry. Packaging of conglomerates that are thixotropic, compact, self-sustaining, with controlled shrinkage, high waterproofing properties and high performance in terms of chemical resistance (sulphates, chlorides, run-off waters, etc.), along with mechanical and overall durability. Ideal for lime-based plasters, plasters with a hydraulic binder base, concrete blocks, joints. As a viscosifier and regulator of fluidity in our pouring and injectable products. Fluid Tix must be added in the cement or other mixer, in succession with the remaining solid components of the blend – the cement and aggregates. After an initial stir, the water for the mixture must be added, then continue to mix until obtaining a homogeneous and lump-free blend. Apply the resulting thixotropic cement conglomerate with a trowel or plastering machine (Turbosol type). Ensure exposed surfaces are protected and wet-cured. Add 10–30 kilograms of Fluid Tix per cubic metre of mixture to be made. Recommended dose on our products Mikrosana, Sanafluens, Grout Cable, GROUT MICRO J: 0.15 to 0.4 kilograms per 25 kilograms of product. Packaging: 20 kg bag UM: €/kg
Repar Plug: Superklej do cementu lub minimalnie wchłaniających podłoży

Repar Plug: Superklej do cementu lub minimalnie wchłaniających podłoży

Repair Plug A single-component, super-adhesive cementitious mortar for rough coating, with a base of high-strength binders, selected aggregates, adhesion-promoting polymers and specific agents. Ideal for the preliminary “rough coat” treatment of concrete surfaces, mixed masonry, rock walls and other poorly-absorbent surfaces, for subsequent coating with traditional (Intosana), dehumidifying (Sanatigh) and/or thermal-insulating (Sanawarme or Caleosana) plasters. Gripping rendering for subsequent plasters, both based on cement and hydraulic lime; protective coatings, renovation of works and structures in reinforced concrete. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". Pour about 2/3 of the mixing water into the mixer, add Repar Plug and the remaining water; continue to mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixing water should be about 16-18% of the weight of the bag. After mixing is completed wait a few minutes before applying the product by "spraying" ("scratch coat" ), by brick trowel and plastering trowel or plastering machine. The scratch coat, applied by "spraying", must provide a corrugated surface to promote the grip of the plaster that must be applied promptly: within 2-3 days. In the case of successive dehumidifying (Sanatigh) or insulating (Sanawarme or Caleosana) plasters, hold the sprayed surface, "open" (non-homogeneous over the entire surface). Armaglass Intotech 225: 225 g/m² siatka z włókna szklanego odporna na alkalia

Armaglass Intotech 225: 225 g/m² siatka z włókna szklanego odporna na alkalia

Armaglass Intotech 225 A reinforcement mesh in alkali-resistant fibreglass weighing 225 g/m2, with a 25 x 25 mm square mesh and thermosetting primer equal to about 10% of total weight. Easy and quick to apply, to handle and to cut. It combines lightness and thinness with excellent mechanical characteristics in the warp and weft. Resistant to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments. Suitable for any substrate and perfectly compatible with both cement- and lime-based mortars. Armaglass Intotech 225 is a mesh used for the reinforcement of high thickness plasters and screeds, with a uniform absorption and redistribution function of mechanical stresses and shrinkage stresses. The mesh therefore performs an important anti-cracking function on plasters and screeds. It is the ideal plaster base for our products based on natural hydraulic lime: Sanatigh, Sanawarme, Caleosana, Sanascreed and for osmotic thickening waterproofing products Osmocem MR and Osmocem RD. To prepare the substrate, carefully follow what is indicated in the technical data sheets of the product with which the Armaglass Intotech 225 mesh is combined. To facilitate collaboration with the support, Armaglass Intotech 225 can be coupled and is perfectly compatible with any type of connector (in fiberglass, resin or metal). Application on masonry: If the use of connectors is envisaged, proceed with the creation of holes of suitable diameter, depending on the selected connection system, arranged according to the design indications. Fix the connectors with anchoring resin (Syntech Profix or alternatively SYNTECH EPOXY 21) or grout based on hydraulic binders (Grout Cable or alternatively Sanafluens). Apply a first layer of mortar (see technical data sheet of the chosen product), lay the Armaglass Intotech 225 mesh on the still fresh mortar, taking care to guarantee at least 10 cm on the overlaps, lay the second layer of mortar. Application on screeds: Apply a first layer of screed (see technical data sheet of the chosen product), lay the Armaglass Intotech 225 mesh partially drowning it on the first layer of still fresh screed, taking care to guarantee at least 10 cm on the overlaps, laying the second layer of screed. Grout 2: Zaprawa reoplastyczna, strukturalna, przeciwdziałająca skurczom, do precyzyjnego mocowania

Grout 2: Zaprawa reoplastyczna, strukturalna, przeciwdziałająca skurczom, do precyzyjnego mocowania

Grout 2 Grout 2 is a high-performance, self-levelling pourable mortar that is fibre-reinforced with Readymesh PM-060 microfibres, with high durability even in aggressive environments, great adhesion on concrete and steel and compensated shrinkage. Aggregates with a maximum size of 2 mm. Ideal for anchoring machinery with subplate casting, anchoring seismic isolators and embedding bars, for repairs and reinforcements that are quite thin (2–6 cm) on reinforced concrete and masonry structures. Grout 2 is self-leveling, perfectly pourable, with a maximum aggregate size of 2 mm, and is able to completely fill the most tortuous cavities, normally inaccessible, even if far from the casting point and with a very narrow air gap. The high content of microsilic with pozzolanic activity and the absence of "bleeding", help to generate a very strong adhesion to the substrate and to the foundation or reinforcement iron. Other features are the elimination of plastic shrinkage, the compensation of hygrometric shrinkage, excellent durability to chemical attacks, freeze and thaw cycles, resistance to fats and oils. The exceptional ANTI-CORROSIVE and PROTECTIVE capacity ON REINFORCEMENTS is achieved thanks to the following properties: • the mix of highly resistant superfine binders, combined with very fine silicas with pozzolanic activity, makes the mortars, at the end of the hardening process, intrinsically impermeable to water; • the strongly alkaline pH (> 12) protects the reinforcing rods from the initiation of corrosion; • the negligible breathability to carbon dioxide gives the hardened mortars very high anti-carbonation characteristics. The combination of these anticorrosive specificities makes the classic passivation treatment of reinforcing bars, preparatory to the casting of the pourable mortar, NOT NECESSARY, provided that, between the white metal cleaning operations and the castings of the pourable mortar, it does not elapse too long. time, with the risk of a new start of oxidative processes. Therefore, only if long exposure times are foreseen between the cleaning operations of the iron and the castings of the pourable mortar, it is advisable to treat with passivating grout (Repar Monosteel or Repar Steel), applied with a brush and localized only on d 'armor. For the construction of road joints, in works with high vehicle traffic, it is possible to add Grout 2 with 25 kg / m³ (300 gr / 25 kg bag) of Readymesh MM-150 steel fibers and 1 kg / m³ (10 gr / bag) of Readymesh PM-060 polypropylene fibers. Precision anchorage of operating machines: presses, turbines, power supplies, rolling mills, alternators, bridge cranes, metal structures, tracks, etc. Structural adjustments, restorations, drawing and armouring, through injections or castings poured in caisson. Realisation of connecting anchorages through steel bars with diameter and depth consistent with design specifications, through casting in perforations provided for this purpose. Construction of structural road joints. Application surfaces should be clean, free of soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, etc., conveniently saturated with water until they reach the condition "saturated with dry surface". An adequate roughening of the surfaces by scarifying, sandblasting etc. is always necessary in order to obtain the maximum adhesion values to the substrate. The optimal values are obtained with high pressure hydro-scarification. Bare the irons undergoing disruptive oxidation or deeply oxidized, removing the rust of the exposed irons (by sandblasting or abrasive brushes). Insert 2/3 (approximately 2.5 litres per bag) of the total mixing water in the cement mixer, then gradually add the product and the remaining water, mix until a homogeneous lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. For high anchoring sections Ghiaietto 6.10 should be added (please refer to the appropriate technical data sheet for more information). Approximately 19 kg/m² of Grout 2 for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1900 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg
Helix Steel AISI 304 : Zimna ciągniona stal nierdzewna spiralna pręt

Helix Steel AISI 304 : Zimna ciągniona stal nierdzewna spiralna pręt

Helix steel aisi Helical bar in AISI 304 stainless steel, cold drawn, with high mechanical performance, for the reinforced styling of joints and for connections, including through-holes, on masonry, reinforced concrete, arches and vaults. Suitable for the consolidation of structures in seismic areas; advantageous in combination with hydraulic binders (cement and hydraulic lime) and with resin matrix binders, it particularly facilitates the achievement of physical and mechanical performances in combination with Unisan mortar, with those of the REPAR, GROUT family and with the structural resins of the SYNTECH family. The optional accessory Connector Steel Aisi 304, supplied separately on request, allows the connection between the passing helical bar and the helical bar positioned deeply on the stripped joint. Helix Steel AISI 304 bars are available in a range of diameters: 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm, all characterised by their durability even in aggressive environments, their high tensile and shear strength, and excellent flexibility. Such characteristics make the use of these bars particularly advantageous in combination with hydraulic binders (cement, hydraulic lime), air binders (air lime) and resinous matrix binders. Flexibility, handling and versatility with various binder matrices, permit the realisation of rapid, non-invasive reinforcement operations, being easy to apply and with low installation costs. Very high mechanical physical benefits come when combined with our mortars of the REPAR, GROUT and Unisan lines and the structural resins of the SYNTECH line. Reinforcement operations on concrete and masonry structures. Reinforced pointing of joints. Structural one-sided connections or through-holes crossing the entire section. Helical morphology allows optimal gripping on bricks, mortars, stones and on old walls of historical and cultural interest generally. The durability against atmospheric and environmental conditioning makes the use of Helix Steel AISI 304 bars particularly advantageous in the structures affected by the presence of aggressive soluble salts (sulphates, nitrates, phosphates). Reinforced pointing of joints: Deep stripping of joints can ensure the placement of the bar at a depth of a few centimetres from the surface. To remove any loose and crumbly parts (stone, bricks, enticing mortar, etc.). Cleaning and saturation of the substrate with pressure washing. To remove any saline efflorescence by brushing or sandblasting. Connections on masonry, concrete, arches and vaults: Make sure that there are no loose or crumbly parts on the substrate. Stripping of mortar joints. Cleaning and saturation of the substrate with pressure washing. To remove any saline efflorescence by brushing or sandblasting. Reinforced pointing of joints: Reinforced pointing of masonry joints by filling part of the joint profile with an initial layer of Unisan fibre-reinforced composite mortar (see the data sheet), then on the mortar whilst still wet, inserting the Helix Steel AISI 304 bar before covering with a final layer of Unisan mortar. Press the mortar inside the joint, being sure to press well until totally full and flush with the wall. The temperature of the substrate must be between +5° and +35° C. Connections on masonry, concrete, arches and vaults: After carefully preparing the substrate and before applying the first layer of structural mortar (lime- or cement-based depending on the type of operation), wet with water at low pressure until complete saturation, bearing in mind that a lack of saturation may prevent adhesion and cause cracking in the mortar. If necessary, apply a rough coat of Untersana mortar. Proceed with creating holes of a suitable diameter and inclination (at 45° if the operation is undertaken only on one side of the structural element). Before they are bent in anticipation of the mesh, the connectors emerge from the substrate by at least 10–15 centimetres from flush with the wall. Apply an initial coat of Unisan fibre-reinforced composite mortar (see the technical data sheet) by hand (with stainless steel trowel or putty knife) or with a plastering machine to achieve a thickness of about 1.5 centimetres, leaving the surface sufficiently rough to facilitate the adhesion of the subsequent layer. Alternatively, depending on the structural requirements, mortars of the REPAR line can be used. Place the primed alkaline-resistant fibreglass mesh of the ARMAGLASS STUCTURA line (see the technical data sheet of the selected product), placing it on the still-fresh mortar by passing the Helix Steel AISI 304 connector between the bars of the mesh. Mauersan : Osuszacz, wzmocniony włóknem, tynk na bazie cementu

Mauersan : Osuszacz, wzmocniony włóknem, tynk na bazie cementu

Mauersan Mauersan is a premix formulated with limes and hydraulic binders, microsilic with pozzolanic reactivity, selected aggregates in rational particle size distribution, light spheroidal aggregates of mineral nature (microporous amorphous silica), porogenic additives, hydrophobic agents. Mauersan, thanks to its network of intercommunicating pores, stimulates and accelerates the evaporation of the water contained in the damp walls, while blocking the transmission of liquid water from the inside of the walls to the outside. This dual functionality allows to obtain dry surfaces capable of accommodating various types of finishes, as long as they are highly breathable to water vapor. The widespread porosity of Mauersan makes it possible to have adequate expansion chambers for the crystallization of soluble salts (possibly mobilized during the first application phases of the plastering cycle). The Mauersan premix is fiber-reinforced with anti-shrinkage microfibers, it is entirely formulated with raw materials substantially free of soluble salts, it does not contain organic vapor generating substances (VOC) or other raw materials harmful to the health of operators, the environment and the substrates in masonry. Brick, stone and concrete walls, both old and new, subject to capillary rising damp. • Remove the plaster up to more than 50 cm above any evident humidity or degradation. • Remove all loose, crumbly or "rotten" joints, remove the joints from bedding mortars when they are excessively crumbly or inconsistent. • In the presence of surface salts, proceed with scraping and brushing up to the edge of the masonry. In the case of strong saline concentrations deriving from particular conditions (stables, salt deposits, walls in contact with brackish water, environments reached by marine aerosol and other critical situations) evaluate the combination of the dehumidifying plaster with chemical barriers (see technical data sheets of CONSILEX BARRIER A, Consilex Inject Mauer, Consilex Barrier Cream products) and / or extraction packs based on adsorbent clays, and / or spraying of Sanareg saline inhibitor. • Thorough general cleaning. • The regularization of the masonry (any alignments and plumbing), the filling of large cavities, etc., will be carried out after the preparation described above using the Untersana mortar, mixed to the right consistency, possibly with the aid of recollections and / or replacements of particularly deteriorated stone elements. • Where necessary, to promote adhesion of the plaster, apply a transpiring render made with the specific Untersana preparation. The Untersana rough coat, given as a "sprinkle", must create a rough, corrugated surface, capable of favoring the adhesion of the subsequent plaster. • The application of Mauersan in two coats is recommended. The first coat should be applied a few hours after applying Untersana (swollen but still fresh), to favor a perfect bond between the two products. The second coat must be applied with a uniform thickness when the first coat of INTOBRATHE is well hardened (wait approximately 24 hours between first and second coat). The application can be carried out with manual methods (trowel, trowel) or mechanical spray methods. In the case of applications with a plastering machine, to allow adequate and homogeneous mixing of the product, it is recommended not to use continuous cycle machines. • Prepare the plaster by adding Mauersan to the mixing water, continuing to mix until the desired mixture is obtained and the complete elimination of lumps. It is advisable to apply a minimum thickness of 2.5 cm. For thicknesses greater than 2.5 cm provide for the insertion of Armaglass Intotech 225 reinforcement mesh. • Protect fresh surfaces from direct sunlight, rain and wind, take care of prolonged humid curing. • Regularize the plastered surfaces with a fine, highly breathable lime-based smoothing compound, Sanastof. Approximately 13 kg / m² of Mauersan for each centimeter of thickness to be created. Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Osmocem iTop: Cemento wodoodporne o dwóch komponentach, plastyczne i deformowalne osmotycznie

Osmocem iTop: Cemento wodoodporne o dwóch komponentach, plastyczne i deformowalne osmotycznie

Osmocem iTop A two-component osmotic cementitious waterproofing in water dispersion, being a modified polymer that is super adhesive and flexible, resistant to positive and negative thrusts. Application by trowel, brush or roller. Ideal for protective coatings and waterproofing of reinforced concrete and masonry works such as tanks, swimming pools, water pipes, cracked cement plasters or balconies. It is also used for repairs and protective coatings of structures offshore or exposed to sea salt. Suitable for contact with drinking water. Osmocem iTop is characterised by an extreme ease of application, being veritably fool-proof. It permits adherence to supports for mechanical adhesion and osmotic diffusion. It is also effective in conditions of negative hydrostatic thrust (counterthrust) and is applicable as a coating in rooftop gardens and planters due to its resistance to the mechanical action of roots. Waterproofing treatments for underground structures and masonry, swimming pools, tubs, planters, rooftop gardens, ducts, tunnels, pits, bridges, tanks, basements, food containment areas and so on whereby sufficiently porous and absorbent, being free from any water-resistant and/or water-repellent surface treatment, be it chemical (siloxanes, epoxy, polyurethane, etcetera) or natural (waxing). Suitable for both positive and negative hydrostatic thrust conditions, it can also be used for waterproofing terraces and balconies. The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, crumbly and inconsistent parts, dust, water-repellent treatments in general, etc., slightly roughened with a suitable preparation method (degree of roughening > 2mm, or >= 3 on the ICRI Scale - International Concrete Repair Institute). Particularly dry supports should be slightly moistened with water. It is always advisable to prime the application support with approximately 100-150 g/m2 of COMPONENT B adhesive latex; in this way, with a simple and quick priming, at least three very effective operations are carried out: a) expulsion of the air from the surface porosity _ pore sealers (with drastic reduction of the well-known blisters that appear on elastic products with low thickness); b) decrease in the absorption of the support (to guarantee adequate maturation of the waterproof smoothing coat); c) increase in adhesion thanks to the deep penetration of the polymeric component. For applications on plasterboard, first apply a coat of Bond Plus as a primer. Do not apply on supports with water leaks or any form of moving water, which must be previously blocked and remedied to prevent the product from washing away during the hardening and setting phase. Mix the powder (component A) with the hydrating solution (component B) using a drill at low-speed or other effective mechanical mixer, gradually adding the powder to the liquid. Continue mixing until reaching a homogeneous and lump-free mixture. After mixing, wait a few minutes then stir again before applying. To further improve the effects of the coating (for example, when waterproofing terraces and balconies), it is advisable to add the Armaglass 160 alkaline-resistant fibreglass reinforcing mesh between one layer and the next, for a consumption of around 3-4 kg/m2 as a guideline. Do not apply in the presence of direct insolation or when dealing with wet curing and protection. Do not apply to substrates with little to no porosity or those previously coated with water-repellent treatments generally, except whereby following proper roughening by means of bush hammering machines, sanders or equipment suitable for preparatory surface treatment or specific treatment with suitable polymer primers. Approximately 1.6 kg/m² of Osmocem iTop for each millimetre of thickness to be made. Packaging: Kit 25+8 kg UM: €/kg
Armarock B50: Siatka z włókien bazaltowych, zagruntowana i wyważona, 220 g/m2

Armarock B50: Siatka z włókien bazaltowych, zagruntowana i wyważona, 220 g/m2

Armarock B50 The Armarock B50 basalt mesh is a material with a leno structure, formed by elastic ribs of high-strength basalt threads, fixed in the nodes with a stitching thread, with the formation of square cells, the size of which is ideal for use with FRCM mortars. The mesh is treated with special compounds to improve alkali resistance properties and increase its stability. Balanced biaxial mesh in alkali-resistant basalt fibre, specific for strengthening and repairing structural elements. The main properties of Armarock B50 are: excellent tensile strength high dimensional stability stable against cyclical stresses easy to install, light, compact adaptable to the shape of the support cuttable into the desired dimensions and widths resistant to aggressive environments, especially alkaline ones. Ideal in combination with cement or lime-based mortars for FRCM and CRM applications. Bidirectional reinforcement in alkali-resistant basalt fibre, pre-primed, to be used in combination with our mortars (Unisan, Intosana, Repar line), GFRP connectors (Armaglass Connector line), stainless steel connectors (Helix Steel Aisi 304 line) , for the "reinforced" structural reinforcement of masonry and reinforced concrete products with CRM and FRCM techniques. Anti-tipping systems for partition walls and cladding. Structural reinforcement of arched and vaulted wall elements, both at the extrados and intrados. Reinforcement for reinforcing plastering to be created in historical and monumental contexts, capable of more uniformly distributing the stresses induced by seismic events, without substantial changes in the distribution of masses and stiffness. To prepare the support, carefully follow what is indicated in the technical data sheets of the product with which the Armarock B50 mesh is combined. In general, in the case of reinforcements of masonry males or intrados/extrados of vaults and arches, it is necessary to proceed with the complete removal of the existing plaster, manually or with mechanical tools, and of all possible inconsistent or detaching parts, up to get to the heart of the masonry and obtain a healthy, compact and mechanically resistant support. Wet the support to be strengthened; the excess water present on the surface must be allowed to evaporate so that the masonry to be strengthened is saturated with water but with a dry surface. Application with a flat metal trowel or spray of a first uniform layer of approx. 5-6 mm of mortar (Unisan, Intosana or Repar line) chosen according to the characteristics of the support. At the same time as applying the first layer of mortar while it is still fresh, position the Armarock B50 mesh, compressing it with a flat trowel, so that it penetrates the applied mortar. Adjacent nets must be overlapped by at least 10-15 cm. Application of a second layer of mortar on the previous one while it is still fresh, in such a way as to completely cover the mesh and reach the desired thickness. In the case of anti-tipping systems, the recommended overall mortar thickness is approximately 10 mm. In the case of reinforcement of arches or vaults, extradoss or intradoss, it is recommended to turn up the reinforcement system, in correspondence with the shutters, by at least 40 cm. To improve the anchoring of the reinforcement system it is possible to appropriately prepare any connections made with elements in GRFP (Armaglass Connector) or stainless steel (Helix Steel AISI 304). The connections increase the efficiency of the applied reinforcement. Type, number and pitch of punctual connections must be defined during the design phase. 1.1 m/m²: The adjacent sheets of basalt fiber mesh must be overlapped along the edges by at least 10 cm. Packaging: Roll of 50 m2 UM: €/m2

Protech Fix AC Reinforcing high penetration fixative, non-pellicular, based on ultrafine acrylic polymers with hydrodispersed adhesion promoters. Suitable as a fixative anti-dust primer prior to painting or coating plaster with paints or acrylic putty coats. Used alone, it is a good anti-dust reinforcing cortical treatment of old non-cohesive plaster and jointing. The salient characteristic of Protech Fix AC is its substantial ability to penetrate into the pores of building supports, resulting from the peculiar dimension of the polymers constituting the resin (about 5 times smaller the those of the resins used conventionally) and the action of the balanced adhesion promoter. Preliminary treatment of any surface (civil, plaster, rustic, dry mortars, plasterboard, concrete, prefabricated, exposed concrete etc.) designed to isolate the support surfaces and standardise the absorptions of the subsequent treatments (painting and protective coatings). The surfaces of application should be clean, free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, or non-absorbent, dust, pre-existing paints, etc. Apply the product, diluted from 50% to 100% with water, using a long-bristled brush, roller or airless at low pressure. From 0.10 to 0.15 litres of Protech Fix AC for each square metre of surface to be treated, based on the porosity of the support. Packaging: 5-liter can UM: €/l

Floor Level HP Therm: Samopoziomujący się zaprawa specyficzna dla systemów ogrzewania podłogowego

Floor Level HP Therm: Samopoziomujący się zaprawa specyficzna dla systemów ogrzewania podłogowego

Floor Level HP Therm Floor Level HP Therm is a self-levelling modified-polymer cement mortar having fibre-reinforcement, with high thermal conductivity, fast-acting hold and rapid hardening. Applied prior to laying the flooring, it is perfect for levelling at thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 15 mm so as to adapt to any type of covering. Particularly suitable for radiant flooring. The perfect pourability, fluidity and self-levelling properties of the mortar facilitate the coating operations, to quickly attain perfect planarity. By casting the product on the substrate and helping to spread the self-levelling product with a putty knife, the resulting surface is perfectly smooth thanks to the fine granulometry of the silica aggregate (with a maximum size of 0.5 mm). Floor Level HP Therm is additivated with shrinkage reducers and fibre-reinforced with special anti-cracking glass microfilaments, being alkali resistant and with a high content of zirconium (READYMESH technology), metal microfibres 6 millimetres in length, and iron-silicate microaggregates with high volumic mass, all to confer exceptional dimensional stability to the product. As an additive, Floor Level HP Therm has a special high-flexibility powder adhesive that ensures the product bonds to various media without affecting the self-levelling characteristics and breathability to water vapour. The swift development of mechanical resistors ensures the immediate progression of construction operations and walkability just a few hours after application (approximately 4-5 hours at 20° C). Fast drying means the floor coverings and finishing operations can be applied sooner – always checking the moisture content of the hardened mortar with a calcium carbide hygrometer or electrical hygrometer and bearing in mind that the latter provides merely indicative values that should be calibrated on the product in advance. Floor Level HP Therm can be used to shave uneven substrates to be levelled then subsequently covered with various types of flooring (ceramic tiles, marble, wood, plastic material, and so on), especially in cases where speed of execution is required and the finished flooring needs high resistance to loads and heavy traffic, along with high thermal conductivity and extensive levelling density. Some substrate examples include: • concrete slabs and cement screeds; • anhydrite substrates; • heated floors; • existing concrete flooring, terrazzo tiles, natural stones, magnesite. • existing ceramic flooring with the substrates subject to priming with two-component Syntech RGS resin (consumption approximately 1.2 kilograms/m2) and casting of Floor Level HP Therm on wet resin. Also suitable for particularly stressed areas of application, such as foundations subjected to intense dynamic-vibrational stress. The surfaces on which the product is to be applied must be cleaned of dust, free from contamination, paints, loose and crumbly parts, and so on. Adopt effective mechanical measures to remove residues that could impact upon product adhesion. On media with standard absorption, slightly wet the substrate with water to clean the surface and favour the bonding of Floor Level HP Therm. If the substrate is particularly absorbent, weak and crumbly or whereby it is not possible to slightly wet, prime the surfaces with the special aqueous resin dispersion Bond Plus, preferably spreading the product with a rigid-bristle brush to promote penetration into the base. In all cases where surfaces are primed with Bond Plus, the application of Floor Level HP Therm must take place “wet-on-wet” immediately after the first priming — with a consumption of Bond Plus at about 200 grams/square metres. On non-absorbent, vitrified, ceramised bases – such as ceramic or klinker tiles – prime surfaces with the bicomponent Syntech RGS resin (with a consumption of 1.2 kilograms/m2) and apply Floor Level HP Therm onto the resin whilst still fresh. Floor Level HP Therm is pumpable but, since the product has accelerated grip, the casting must be continuous and without interruption (with the pump to be entirely emptied before any stoppage to the pumping lasting more than 10 minutes). Approximately 1.8 kilograms/square metre of Floor Level HP Therm is needed for every millimetre of thickness to be achieved. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg
Armaglass Connector Twin: Złączka włókna szklanego z gwintem na obu końcach i odpornym na alkalia

Armaglass Connector Twin: Złączka włókna szklanego z gwintem na obu końcach i odpornym na alkalia

Armaglass Connector Twin Alkali-resistant fibreglass connector with rigid pre-formed central segment and double-threaded ends. Suitable for the structural reinforcement of brickwork, arches and vaults in masonry, tuff and stone, in combination with ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA fibreglass mesh and mortars such as Unisan, Intosana and the REPAR family. It is used as a conduit for connecting the two sides of structural plaster (with the “structural sandwich” technique). Armaglass Connector Twin is mainly used in plastering reinforced with sandwich systems comprised of mortars and fibreglass mesh. The rigid central section is available in segments of different lengths (200, 300, 400, 500 or 600 mm), while the two threaded ends are fixed at 200 mm in length. The ends are thus able to be opened radially and form an anchorage area of 400 mm in diameter. This method of connecting the two sides of the structural sandwich requires low-invasive preparatory operations, being easy to carry out and consequently resulting in low installation costs. The Armaglass Connector Twin is used to reinforce masonry, arches and vaults in brick, tuff and stone. It is used as a through-connection for joining two sides of a structural plastering (employing the “structural sandwich” technique). Ensure that the substrate is robust and free from loose parts. With any existing deteriorated plaster, strip the surface until restoring the masonry. Create through-holes on the section to be reinforced, using a rotating drill bit or core drill. The diameter of the hole should be equal to that of the connector plus at least 6 mm. The number of pass-through connections is to be determined by the drafter (usually between 3 to 5 connections/m2). Do not use percussion tools for drilling through-holes. Once formed, proceed with a proper blowing and suction of the hole to eliminate any debris. Secure the connector with hydraulic lime-based grouts (such as our Sanafluens), cement-based grouts (like our Grout Cable) or with chemical anchors (such as our Syntech Profix). Wet the substrate and apply an initial coat of mortar by hand or with a plastering machine until reaching a thickness of about 1.5 centimetres. Be quite vigorous if working manually or – even better – with a plaster spray machine, leaving the surface of the mortar sufficiently rough, without any smoothing operations, to facilitate the adhesion of the subsequent layer. Place the primed alkaline-resistant fibreglass mesh of the ARMAGLASS line (see the technical data sheet of the chosen product), placing it on the still-fresh mortar by passing the connector between the bars of the mesh and opening the ends of the same in accordance with a radial distribution. Finish with the application of a second coat of mortar at a thickness of about 1.5 centimetres. The temperature of the substrate must be between +5° C and +35° C. Do not apply at temperatures of around 0° C. Product to be purchased as needed. Packaging: bulk - 20x30x20 Unit: €/piece

Continue to mix until a homogenous lump-free mixture is obtained. Approximately 21,50 kg/m² of Grout 447 SFR for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 2150 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg
Readymesh PF: Monofilamento trenzado de macrofibra estructural para suelos industriales

Readymesh PF: Monofilamento trenzado de macrofibra estructural para suelos industriales

Readymesh PF Readymesh PF is a stranded structural polyolefin macro-fibre, high-performance, specific for the realisation of continuous surfaces made of concrete, it can also be used in replacement of traditional steel reinforcement. The texture, length and surface finishing of Readymesh PF was designed and developed specifically for "exposed" applications, such as industrial floors made of concrete. Readymesh PF are available in two different lengths: Readymesh PF-180 = 18 mm; Readymesh PF-540 = 54 mm. The addition of Readymesh PF to the mixture gives the concrete and the resulting manufacture a greater resistance to the forces of traction/bending, reduces the risk of breakage and "spalling" of the concrete component in the corners and edges, drastically reduces the phenomenon of cracks due to shrinkage during the first hours of curing of the concrete. The particular shape and consistency, allows Readymesh PF not to interfere with the process of mechanical floating typical of industrial floors made of concrete, thus allowing a good surface finish. In addition, the use of Readymesh PF instead of the traditional armour of steel is a great saving of costs of material and installation times (in addition to being lighter, environmentally friendly and safe than electrowelded mesh). Industrial flooring, also in replacement of steel mesh. Prefabrication. Widespread three-dimensional high anisotropy reinforcement of concretes in general. Add the fibres to the concrete during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the mixer truck at full speed, for at least one minute for each m³ of concrete. The dosage, depending on the use, is normally included between 1 to 6 kg/m³ In the case of industrial flooring. Variable according to the performance to be achieved in the industrial flooring to be built (on average 1 to 2 kg for each cubic metre of concrete). Packaging: 1 kg bag UM: €/kg

Consilex San: Realkalizujący, wzmacniający, ochronny, utwardzacz do betonu

Consilex San: Realkalizujący, wzmacniający, ochronny, utwardzacz do betonu

Consilex San Reactive, colourless mineral solution for preliminarily re-alkalising and reinforcing concrete surfaces to be restored. It is an inorganic, mineral compound chemical affine with concretes. It reacts with alkali hydrates alkaline and with water, present in the porosity of concretes, mortars and plasters, forming stable silicate gels, which hermetically and lastingly seal the capillary lattice. Consilex San waterproofs and reinforces the conglomerate both at superficial level and in more internal layers, preventing the penetration of water, harsh solutions etc., it protects the structures from the consequences of freeze-thaw cycles, from harsh processes resulting from the use of antifrost de-icing salts in road works, further facilitating the removal of ice incrustations. Through re-alkalisation, hardening, consolidation, conservative maintenance of plasters to base lime and cement, concrete, paving, reservoirs, pipes, tanks, vessels, bridges, viaducts, tunnels, retaining walls, parking areas, airport runways and motorway. Accurate dedusting and saturation with water, for achieving the condition "dry surface saturation". Saturation is particularly important: the product reacts with substances placed in water solution and uses the same water for forming the gel. Spray-apply with a low pressure airless pump on cement surfaces to be treated. For deep reinforcement, apply several coats taking care to apply each coat when the previous begins to dry out. It can dull aluminium and glass surfaces, ceramised tiles, etc., which must then be protected by taping or other, during application. Do not apply on mineral surfaces (like plaster and bricks) destined to be visible, without carrying out a preliminary test, as you latent salts may crystallise! Apply from 0.15 to 0.30 kg of Consilex San per square metre of surface to be treated. Packaging: 10 kg can UM: €/kg
Mikrosana: Koloidalny wapń i aktywna krzemionka do iniekcji konsolidacyjnych

Mikrosana: Koloidalny wapń i aktywna krzemionka do iniekcji konsolidacyjnych

Mikrosana Mikrosana is a mixture of cement-free binders, recommended for injecting consolidation of brick, stone and mixed structures. Its hydraulic grip is based on the active lime-microsilica reaction and the presence of hydraulic calcium free of harmful soluble salts. Its exceptional fluidity, coupled with extremely small particle size, allows it to penetrate less than 1.5 mm pores and cracks. The addition of natural and artificial pozzolans allows progressive hydration and hardening beyond the standard 28 days of ripening. Mikrosana, thanks to its particular constituents, is totally compatible with old mortars, which makes its use particularly recommended for the injection consolidation of antique plasters, even in the presence of frescoes. "• Extremely low hydration heat; • High water vapour permeability; • Low elastic modulus; • Good mechanical resistance with slow and gradual mechanical resistance development; • High support adhesion; • Extremely fine binders and aggregates that allow high penetration crack and porous injections; • Well-distributed structural consolidation and rebalancing across the entire masonry body; • Compatibility with antique plasters and traditional materials; • No expansive crystallization reactions or rejection by standard antique masonry materials; • Absolutely no bleeding (mix water separation)." "Mikrosana is used for consolidating and re-adhesive injections of antique and frescoed plasters and as a grout for consolidation and rehabilitation injections of brick, stone and mixed structures. Particularly recommended for antique wall structures with issues of compatibility between wall structure components and standard cement-based or epoxy-based reinforcement injections. When applying consolidating injections in sizeable antique masonry volumes, it is recommended to avoid: • The hardening of some injected areas faster than others (e.g. use of rapid hardening cement) • Water vapour barriers that interfere with the normal breathability of the wall structure (e.g. use of epoxy resin injections); • Stressing the wall structure with excessive heat build-up during the hardening of binding mixtures (e.g. use of extra-fine Portland cement). • Chemical incompatibility with materials in the wall structure (e.g. potential formation of sulfoaluminates, such as ettringite and thaumasite, from the reaction between sulphates in the wall structure and Portland cement)." "Before consolidating injections, joint grouting and masonry cracks must be sealed to prevent the injected material from leaking out. This can be done in the following ways: • By providing, if plastering, a Untersana rendering coat or plaster made on site using the natural hydraulic lime CALCESANA; • By performing, if the masonry is to left exposed, perfect pointing of joints and discontinuities (e.g. cracks, dents, gaps) with one of the following mortars: Sanazieg, Sanalink or Unisan (to be chosen depending on the structural needs and characteristics of the antique mortars in the wall structure). After sealing the discontinuities, make a pattern of holes, with a slightly downward incline, in correspondence with the mortar joints. Usually 4-6 holes are made per square metre with approximately 50cm separation and 20mm diameter. However, the exact arrangement and diameter of holes, angle of inclination, depth of penetration and any reinforcement of holes is to be decided by the designer and works manager, according to decisions based on structure type, degradation and intended result. After blowing out disintegrated mortar and dust, wet the holes with water. Then insert plastic tubes (diameter 10 to 30 mm as needed) to convey the injection mixture well inside the holes. The tubes must be fixed to the masonry with one of the following mortars: Sanazieg, Sanalink or Unisan." "Mixing: Mikrosana mixing must be carried out with a high efficiency mechanical stirrer (e.g. twin-helix mixer with speed variator), with correct minimum/maximum water ratios (from 20% to 23% based on the weight of the premix), for at least three minutes. Mikrosana acquires exceptional fluidity only after effective mixing. Once the desired consistency has been obtained, it is recommended to pass the mix through a 2 mm mesh sieve (or similar) to remove any lumps before injecting. Injecting: Injecting can be performed using gravity or mechanical means, from the lower holes first up to the higher ones, and with a pressure limited to sub 2 atm. If using mechanical means, pumping must be adjustable to low pressures. The mixture has a long useful life (> 1 hour), but it is recommended to keep it moving during work pauses and to stop using it after more than 3 hours, since, though not visible to the eye naked, it can begin to lose its exceptional fluidity and ability to penetrate into micro-cavities and micro-cracks." Approximately 1400 kg of Mikrosana for each cubic metre of volume to be filled. Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Arma TNT Polypropylene non -woven fabric for the armor, in the application phase, of liquid waterproofing membranes. TNT weapon can be applied both horizontally and vertically, on all surfaces to be waterproofing potentially subject to deformations and settlement, that is, when the risk of cracking is greater. Its use minimizes the risk of formation of microcavillating and cracks that can affect the membrane estate. In the implications between walls and floor or in the critical points, the ArmaBand TNT band is advantageously used. Improves the tensile and puncture resistance of liquid waterproofing systems It improves the elastic and mechanical characteristics of the waterproofing products in which it is inserted Good elasticity: significantly increases elongation at break and crack-bridging power It distributes tensile forces over a larger surface area, significantly reducing the risk of cracking Anti-alkaline fabric, does not decompose, resists temperature variations Ideal for surfaces with irregular geometries, easy to cut and shape as needed to treat single and particular points Lightweight and easy to install product Resistant to acids and alkaline solutions Longitudinal and transversal tensile strength; permeable to water, steam and air. Elastic armor of liquid waterproofing membranes Application both horizontally and vertically on roofs, terraces, flat roofs, balconies, roofs, walls, tubs, tanks, swimming pools, floors etc. Reinforcement of the waterproofing layer in critical points such as edges, joints, cracks, corners, horizontal-vertical connections. Prepare the support surfaces as indicated in the technical data sheets of the liquid waterproofing products that will impregnate ARMA TNT. Prepare the rolls according to the surface to be treated. For specific applications it is possible to easily cut and shape the product with scissors, blade or cutter. Apply the chosen waterproofing product in the indicated and recommended thickness on the area to be treated, then lay ARMA TNT by compressing it with a metal bubble-breaking roller, a trowel or a smooth spatula, checking that the non-woven fabric is completely embedded in the membrane and ensuring perfect wetting. Wait for the first layer of applied product to dry completely, then proceed with the application of the second uniform coat to completely cover the ARMA TNT non-woven fabric. The overlaps of the fabric at the connection points in the longitudinal and transversal direction must be carried out by making an overlap between the sheets of no less than 5 cm. In case of rain between the application of the first and second coat, allow the non-woven fabric to dry completely before applying the second layer. ARMABAND TNT can be advantageously used in the overlaps between the wall and the floor or in critical points. Packaging: Roll of 50 m2 UM: €/m2
