PRECISION WATERJET CUTTING - POLAND Our offer includes a wide range of services. Thanks to our specialization in the production of yacht components and equipment, we have extensive experience in the processing of metals and other construction materials. Waterjet cutting is one of the most modern processing methods we use. The Maxiem 1530 machine designed for cutting steel is extremely efficient and precise. It is an easy-to-use and very economical system that can also be used for waterjet cutting materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone. Among other things, the machine is equipped with a 2D beveling head. It is controlled by OMAX software. The head's maximum tilt allows chamfering at an angle of 45°. We offer our clients contract assembly of electronics, purchase of PCBs as well as SMD and THT components. We implement projects with a high degree of packing SMD components from 01005 and micro BGA. DGTronik's offer includes assembly, programming, testing and small-scale mechanics. We also provide additional services in the form of outsourcing, e.g. conformal coating or X-ray tests. The assembly service is complemented by the purchase of components and printed circuit boards (PCB). We eliminate the risk of deliveries of non-original components (no counterfeit electronic components) by working with the largest component suppliers (Franchise Distributors).
